Our beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement without through traffic, directly in the coastal forest of the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island, idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
With 115 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 5 people. Via a path through the coastal forest and the natural steps on the steep coast, you can reach the very beautiful fine sandy natural beach after a 7-minute walk.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house

The natural surroundings of Koserow are unique and offer you, in addition to the meadows and forests, the fine sandy beach and the elevation of the Streckelsberg mountain on the outer coast of Usedom, rich opportunities for lingering and discovery.
The central location allows you to explore the amber baths, varied gastronomy with delicacies of the region, shopping facilities for daily needs, diverse cultural offers for young and old, as well as various wellness offers. The cycling path in the immediate vicinity invites you to explore the island.

Location and surroundings of object
Within walking distance are various restaurants, indoor swimming pool, mini golf, children's playground, shopping market and a department store.
Due to its direct location at the coastal forest and the island cycle path (approx. 200m away), the Küstenhaus is an ideal base for an active family holiday.
A holiday park with indoor swimming pool, wellness area and tennis court is about 100 m away.
A mini-golf course is about 500 m away. The Koserow drive-in cinema, which is open in summer, is about 1.5 km away
There are 2 golf courses on the island of Usedom. The Baltic Hills Golf Resort (19 holes) is 18 km away and the Balmer See Golf Course (36 holes) is approx. 22 km away.
There are also good transport connections via the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB).
Almost everyone knows about summer holidays, but have you ever experienced autumn with the colourfully coloured beech forests, the last sun-seekers in the remaining beach chairs and the first autumn storms over the roaring Baltic Sea?
Do you know winter with its snow-covered landscapes, the bizarre ice formations on the beach and the position flags of the boats fluttering in the wind, their fishermen waiting for their next catch?

If yes, you know how beautiful it is, if no, just try a short holiday in our Baltic seaside resort and you will see, you will be happy to come back. Because nowhere else on the island are the Baltic Sea and the backwater, the flat and the steep coast so close together as here in Koserow.

Cancellation terms:
For the months of July and August, we charge 20% of the rental price for cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the trip, and 40% for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip. For cancellations made later, the full rental price will be charged. In the months from January to May and September to December, we charge 50% of the rental price for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip and the full rental price for later cancellations. If re-rental is possible for the booked period, we only charge 20% of the rental price as a processing fee. If there is only a partial re-rental, the cancellation fees will be charged only for the period not re-rented!

Ascension in Koserow
We (2 adults, 1 child) had great days here in Koserow. We liked the holiday home very much: very lovingly furnished, very well equipped and great location (walking distance to Karls Erdbeerhof, the train station and the beach).
A highlight for not so warm days is the fancy sauna!
We would love to come back!

Christmas and New Year with family.
We were four for eleven days in this beautiful holiday home. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and perfect for families of 4 to 5. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need on holiday.
If you love peace and nature, this is the right place. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. You can go hiking and in bad weather, it's not far to Karls Erdbeerhof.
