The Holiday home
This comfortable family home is located in an absolute panoramic position near the village of Riparbella, just 12 km from the sea. It was built a few years ago according to the principles of organic farming. It will delight you from the first moment, it has been tastefully decorated by the owner in a modern and minimalistic style and equipped with every comfort. The individual rooms are very large and spacious with south-facing windows.
The 175 sqm villa over 2 floors can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the 80 sqm living room with comfortable couches, which then merges into the open kitchen and dining area. Of course there is also a large fridge and freezer also have a dishwasher here. Next to the ground floor there is a 25 sqm double bedroom with exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor, which also houses the 35 sqm mast bedroom, which also has its own large terrace with sea views. Furthermore, guests have access to the third double bedroom over 20 sqm and a modern bathroom with bathtub.
The highlight is certainly the private pool (12,5x 6,3x 1,5 m) with outdoor shower. Outdoor furniture is available in the garden. The entire house reflects a well-kept individual atmosphere.
Dogs are welcome and there are nice walks in the area. Car parking on the property.
