Description

New in March 2018: brand new interior. Kitchens (with dishwasher and combi microwave) and brand new bathroom with rain shower!

The house is detached and is located in Bungalowpark Iselmar, located on the dike of the IJsselmeer. The plot is 485 m² and has a large terrace (south side).
Around the dike of the IJsselmeer and the beach you can fish, ride a bike, swim, walk or simply lie in the sun. Lemmer is a very cozy village with its historic buildings and a waterway right through the center. Many restaurants, cafes with terraces and shops will make sure that you are completely blown away.
Your view goes towards the Woudagemaal, the only working steam pump mill in the world, which appears on the UNESCO World Heritage List. There is a beach umbrella and a garden set with six chairs and a table.

The bungalow is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful living room with open kitchen, which is fully equipped (2018 new). The house has three bedrooms with a total of six beds. Two bedrooms have two comfortable boxspring beds that can be pushed together. A bunk bed is included in the third bedroom.
There is also a new bathroom with shower and a separate toilet (2018 new). The holiday home has central heating. The bungalow has a flat screen TV with many channels (cable TV) and WIFI.

Location and surroundings of object

The location of the bungalows is perfect, on the dike and close to the beach and the centre of Lemmer. The bungalow faces south and has a sunny garden. There is a beautiful view of the dike and you can fully enjoy peace and nature.
Nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports. It is also great for cycling, swimming, walking, golfing or just enjoying the view. The municipal marina is about 10 minutes' walk away. This beautiful place is a short walk from shops, restaurants and pubs. Visit Lemmer's historic harbour or rent a sailboat or motorboat for the day. Lemmer is a wonderful holiday destination for young and old.

Beautiful holiday home in prime location

Very nicely located. In summer, even more beautiful due to the direct proximity to the water. Lovely decor in shabby style. The only criticism is that an oven would be advantageous. We had a very pleasant New Year's Eve. Happy to recommend further.

Beautiful bungalow in the countryside.

We spent 14 days in this very beautiful bungalow. We went on several bike rides and excursions in this lovely area. For swimming, we went over the dike to the bathing jetty or to the nearby beach. We really enjoyed our time in Lemmer and would definitely recommend it.

Great apartment in a prime location

We are a family with 2 children (14,16) and we felt very comfortable there and had a very nice week. Luckily, we had bicycles with us, which are very useful there. It is very quiet and cozy there. The water is only a few meters away, and by bike, you can reach the city in 5 minutes. The perfect place to relax. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. We will gladly come back (including our boys). Thank you very much, Family Scheper.

Lemmer on the Ijsselmeer

We were two for 5 days in the beautiful bungalow. It is located directly on the IJsselmeer behind the dike, which can be accessed via a staircase. The beach is about 1 km away and is very good and beautiful for families with children.

The bungalow is well equipped. For shopping and restaurants, you need a car or bicycles.

Otherwise, it is pure tranquility and you can relax very well.

Beautiful holiday home in a good location near the beach.

We spent 2 beautiful holiday weeks in Lemmer, the house is very well maintained, clean, well-equipped, and lovingly decorated. The photos shown here were accurate. Communication with the landlord was very straightforward, questions were answered quickly, payment receipts were confirmed immediately, and we received our deposit back quickly upon return. Regarding the equipment, it should be noted that the (brand new) microwave no longer has an oven function, so there is no oven, but there is a toaster in the house.

The location of the house is from our point of view ideal; a wide view of the dyke from the terrace, no vehicle traffic, and sufficient distance to the neighboring houses. It is recommended to bring bicycles (or rent them), we have done some bike tours in the surrounding area and also to the city center of Lemmer or [geographical location]. You can get to the bakery/supermarket faster by bike. Right at the house there is a bathing jetty, the section is only partially suitable for windsurfing (or starting) because there are still several stones in the water at the dyke closure. The nearby sandy beach is more suitable for this purpose.

For people with celiac disease, here is a note: The local supermarkets have a good range of gluten-free products from well-known manufacturers as well as own brands. In the pub "Lange Piet" there were gluten-free pancakes, the ice cream parlor labels its ice cream flavors as "gluten-friendly" and not "gluten-free"; the reason was not clear to us, but we decided to err on the side of caution.
