Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is a non-smoking holiday flat of approx. 68 m², at ground level with terrace. The flat is located with 3 other flats in a detached house in single-family house style. It belongs to a residential complex of 4 houses, which are connected underground with an underground car park and are embedded above ground in a spacious garden and lawn. Our apartment building is located in the second row to the hardly frequented play street on which this residential complex is situated. Here you will find peace and relaxation.
In view of the fact that the island in Koserow is only about 2 km wide, all distances are within walking distance.
Bathing beach: 10-15 min steep coast, which is connected with a stairway to the sandy beach.
Centre: 5 min to the nearest supermarket and to the centre
Train station: 5 min to the Usedom Bäderbahn - UBB train station
Seabridge: a leisurely 20 - 25 min walk to the Koserow Seabridge
Karls Strawberry Farm: 7 min

Koserow is located at the narrowest point of Usedom between Zinnowitz and Bansin. The old fishing village scores points for the unspoilt nature it is embedded in, the dreamy sandy beach on the steep coast, the Streckelsberg and the unique view of the Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea. Koserow holidaymakers enjoy and appreciate the tranquillity and simultaneous proximity of the turbulent tourist strongholds of Zinnowitz, Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. Koserow is ideally situated in terms of infrastructure. Koserow has succeeded in striking a balance between nature and tourism with its own attractions such as the pier (which will be equipped with a very new and modern pier in the foreseeable future), salt huts, Niemeyer-Holstein studio, art gallery, fieldstone church with a constantly changing cultural programme, mini-golf course, Karl's strawberry farm, and shopping and recreational opportunities in the village. The Koserow spa administration and guest information office offer daily activities and will be happy to help you organise your holiday.

Very nice vacation apartment.
We felt very comfortable in this vacation apartment. There was nothing missing; the equipment is top-notch. Super cozy, we rested well and would love to come back. A big plus is the underground parking space. Even if it rains, you can arrive at the apartment dry.

Feeling at home
We have spent our vacation in this apartment several times now, as it feels almost like a second home. Everything you need is there, clean and well-maintained, and in the kitchen, you will also find spices, salt, and more. This is advantageous when cooking for yourself and not having to buy large packages. The terrace is covered, and you can sit outside in almost any weather (except when it’s stormy). The apartment is quiet, and if a rooster from next door isn’t annoying you starting at 5:30 AM (thankfully not this year) or neighbors aren’t misbehaving (they have always been very nice so far), you can sleep very well here. The windows also have screens, so no mosquitoes come in. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished with loving details that create a lovely holiday feeling, making it an apartment with character. There is a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a small children's room with a bunk bed, which is more than enough, and a nice bathroom.
The walk to the beach is a bit longer, but you also have more peace and quiet here. You can even rent bikes around the corner. It's better to leave the car since the parking spaces near the beach are always occupied. There are shopping opportunities nearby, a large Netto and drinks, and the church is nearby, not to mention Karls! So, we always enjoy coming here, and the date is already set for next year. Thanks to the landlord!

Recommended vacation apartment
That was a vacation apartment that couldn't be better: The reception by Mr. Will was very friendly, the furnishings perfect, well thought out and lovingly done, including a welcome greeting, parking in the underground garage - a holiday accommodation can't get better than this. Traumferienwohnung
We enjoyed a peaceful late summer holiday in the beautiful vacation apartment of Mrs. Rasehorn. tastefully furnished and equipped with all necessary comforts, this lovingly managed accommodation offers the opportunity to feel completely comfortable. Located on a quiet street, you can find peace and from there take extensive walks through the beautiful beech forest, to the beach with the new pier, or to the idyllic village. There are also many opportunities to explore the surroundings by bike, with plenty of destinations for cyclists. The proximity to the Kaiserbäder with their beautiful architecture is worth mentioning, topped by the newly renovated promenade in the Polish seaside resort of Świnoujście. We will always fondly remember the lovely time in Koserow and would gladly return again.

As a child, I already loved the Baltic Sea and trudged into the waves once a year at the holiday camp on Rügen. Now, as a grown woman, Usedom and especially Koserow have cast their spell on me and so I love not only the intense and frequent sun, for which Usedom is famous, but also the rougher seasons, when the Baltic wind really blows around your nose, you are almost alone on the beach and you have the feeling that the wind won't let you get ahead and yet I breathe in such clear air. The eternal beech forest and the extensive cycle paths across the entire island are also my personal favourites in terms of relaxation. Since 2012, I have been able to use this oasis less due to work and so I decided to then allow others to enjoy it. I have not regretted it because the many positive feedbacks make me even happier.
