Description
Look forward to our 125m² holiday home (DHH), which is located in the Losentitz residential park on the Zudar peninsula.
On the ground floor you will find a friendly entrance area, a guest toilet, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a spacious living-dining area. From the cosy living room, you can reach the spacious garden (south-facing) via the terrace, where you can spend the day on garden loungers even without going to the beach.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. In one of them a space-saving staircase leads to the gallery (standing height approx. 1.40m), which has 2-3 further sleeping accommodations, ideally for children. The "master bedroom" is additionally furnished with a cot (140cm x 70cm).
Directly opposite, the daylight bathroom with separate shower and bathtub invites you to relax.
The house furnishings include all electrical appliances and equipment of today's standard. If required, a washing machine is available in the utility room.
We will be happy to make you an individual offer in the form of an ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE, which includes all consumption costs, bed linen, hand towels and tea towels.

On the Zudar peninsula, far from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist resorts of Rügen, in the quiet and tranquil south of the island, close to beautiful and secluded southern beaches and Bodden shores, we rent out a well-kept holiday semi-detached house.
The holiday complex is about 2-3 km away from the "Glewitzer Fähre".

Family holiday
we stayed there with our children and grandchildren between Christmas and New Year. The house is comfortably furnished. Everything you need is there.
We rented the house because we were looking for three full bedrooms. Everyone could retire to their own area in the evening without being disturbed by the others. We could all have our meals comfortably at the large dining table. Our grandchildren 4 and 6 were very fond of the many toys, DVDs and books available there. The house is in a quiet location. It's just a shame that it's a few km to the beach.
