In an idyllic location, in the midst of Mecklenburg nature, you will find the Fischerhof Prignitz directly on Lake Schwerin. A total of 2 holiday flats of the Hofblick type are available for a relaxing holiday. The flats each offer 55 m² of space for 4-5 people. The large living room with integrated kitchen is located on the ground floor. Sat-TV, radio and board games provide entertainment. You can make yourself comfortable on the large sofa and at the dining table. 1 sofa bed serves as an extra bed for the 5th person. In addition to the electric radiators, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. On the upper floor there is a bright shower room and two bedrooms. 1 double bed and 2 single beds ensure a restful sleep. A travel cot and high chair are available for the little guests.
In front of the house, there is a seating area on a lawn with a view of the greenery. Sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol are available for you. You can park your car directly in front of the house. A covered bicycle parking space is available. In your free time you can use a rowing boat free of charge and explore the lake or go fishing. You can rent a motorboat for a small fee. The fishing permit for the time of your stay is free of charge. Spend relaxing hours on the lake terrace and enjoy fresh fish at the Fischerhof or smoke your own fish. By arrangement, you can also go out fishing with the fisherman. Fish species in the lake include pike, eel, perch, zander, tench and some whitefish. Organised fishing trips on the Baltic Sea are also possible. A small bathing area and a jetty for fishing are located directly on the farm. Experience the world of a traditional farm of over 300 years at first hand. Along the lake you can reach the beach with a large meadow, beach volleyball, playground and pier at Schwerin Lake in about 500 m. In the village you can reach a restaurant, bus stop and playground in a few minutes. Well-developed bicycle and hiking paths along Lake Schwerin and into the Döpe nature reserve lead directly past the Fischerhof.

The holiday resort of Hohen Viecheln is located at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. Due to its central location between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, you have short distances to countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the Mumpitz indoor playground, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar, Schwerin Castle and the Schlosspark Center shopping centre in Schwerin.

A beautiful week at the accommodation Maräne
We were very satisfied, everything was tidy and clean, and we could relax well.
Everyone was nice and friendly. The food at the snack bar was delicious, as was the smoked fish.
Fishing, on the other hand, went poorly; no one caught anything. Nothing can be done.

Relaxation
The location of the vacation apartment is dreamy. One can sit in the garden or directly by the lake. The swimming area is within walking distance. The furnishings of the vacation apartment did not quite meet my wishes. And everything seemed a bit carelessly furnished and somewhat worn out. Like the motto: it still works. Luckily, we had nice weather and were out and about most of the time, either by bike or car. The neighboring fish shop makes delicious fish from fish. One can also watch the fisherman at work and receive some exciting details.

Definitely suitable for anglers
Holiday apartment well suited for anglers. Cities like Schwerin and Wismar are easily and quickly accessible. Shopping facilities in the next town. Fresh fish directly on the farm.

Beautiful short vacation
A great place to relax, fish, or get some exercise.
Every question and every wish was answered or fulfilled immediately. We had absolutely nothing to complain about, therefore 5* and a clear recommendation :)

Pure fishing
Directly located between Wismar and Schwerin by Lake Schwerin, with its own fishing spots including water maps and a snack bar with local homemade fish dishes. Those looking for accommodation because they spend the whole day on or by the water are in the right place. The apartments are designed for up to 4 people and offer an evening retreat; everything necessary for self-catering is available there. Various shopping options can be found in Bad Kleinen, just 5 minutes away. In the outdoor area, it is possible to grill and end the evening in all-day sunshine. The entire facility is quite rustic in its furnishings and easy to find, but everything is functional, and the hosts are always warm and helpful. Planned as a fishing holiday, our stay was nearly perfect; one should just keep in mind the spawning seasons of certain fish and possibly the weather/climate in advance (fish can still be deep at certain times). Conclusion: we will come back :)

Alle waren nett und freundlich. Das Essen am Imbiss war lecker, auch der Räucherfisch.
Mit dem Angeln lief es dagegen schlecht, keiner hatte etwas gefangen. Kann man nichts machen.

Jede Frage und jeder Wunsch wurde sofort beantwortet bzw. Erfüllt. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu meckern, daher 5* und klare weiterempfehlung :)
Im Außenbereich ist es möglich zu Grillen und den Abend im ganztägigen Sonnenschein ausklingen zu lassen. Die gesamte Anlage ist durchaus sehr rustikal ausgestattet und aufzufinden, aber alles zweckmäßig und die Gastgeber sind jederzeit herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Als Angelurlaub geplant, war unser Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt, man sollte nur im Vorwege Schonzeiten einiger Fische und ggf. noch das Wetter/Klima beachten (Fische können noch tief stehen zu bestimmten Zeiten).
Fazit: wir kommen wieder :)
Die Umgebung ist bombastisch schön. Man kann wunderbar am Schweriner See spazieren gehen. Wir haben ein Boot zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, mit dem wir auf dem See rudern konnten. Unsere Jungs haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt.
In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Wismar und Schwerin sind leicht zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung war nicht so doll. Es fehlte eine Kelle, es gab nur einen kleinen Topf, keine Geschirrspülmaschine, kein Fit, kein Toilettenpapier und für die fünfte Aufbettung fehlte die Bettdecke und ein Stuhl.
In der oberen Etage haben wir noch ein Handtuch unseres Vorgängers gefunden. Außerdem war alles voller Spinnweben, vor allem hinter den Nachtschränkchen. Unter den Betten war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt.
Mit all unseren Erfahrungen würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen, diesmal aber besser vorbereitet.
Und das beste ist, auf dem Hof gibt es direkt einen Imbiss mit leckerstem Fisch (Fischbrötchen, Tellergerichte, geräucherter Fisch), absolute Empfehlung.
Die Touristenzentren Schwerin, Wismar, Rostock/Warnemünde sind mit Bahn und Auto gleichgut
zu erreichen. Es war wahrscheinlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort.
Tage non stop angeln .
Hatten uns vom Vermieter ein Fischerboot mit Außenborder für die Angeltage gemietet .
Morgens früh raus. Abends spät zurück.
Mittags kurz angelegt um uns im Fischimbiss zu stärken . Klare Empfehlung. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Das war für
uns eine Voraussetzung. Einrichtung ist
einfach , dafür gemütlich und sauber .
Für Angler zu empfehlen .
Eine Ecke zum säubern der Fische ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Sitzecken am See dienen zum Ausklang des Angeltages.
Von unsere Seite aus , kann man es weiter

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Zum Schlafen genügt es aber völlig. Möbel, Sitzecke und Fernseher sind schon sehr alt aber sie sind benutzbar und nicht kaputt.
Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom, vor allem wenn die Elektroheizung betrieben wird, sind schon beachtlich. Selbst das Duschwasser wird elektrisch aufgeheizt. Insgesamt vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer.
Nur etwas wenige Fische
In dem von Familie Prignitz bewirtschafteten Teil des Sees war während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum regulärer Bootsverkehr, nur Angler, was es für uns ungeübte Bootsfahrer angenehm gemacht hat. Tipp: ohne Echolot geht nix, dafür ist die Wasserfläche zu groß. Wir hatten unseres vergessen und entsprechend nur am Steg ein paar Bisse. Wenn man gar nichts fängt, der kann immerhin am hauseigenen Fischimbiss lecker speisen- bei sehr fairen Preisen.
Tv funktionierte nicht
Kein Toilettenpapier
Für toilettenpapier hätte er normalerweise was berechnet. in der Küche hätte man zum abtrocknen ein Handtuch mitbringen müssen ?
Wir konnten alle nicht duschen, da es entweder kochend heiß oder kalt war und sich selbständig verändert hat( eine Qual für die kinder!
Vermieter war eigentlich nett und schroff zugleich . Man merkte das er im Stress war und unsere Ankunft war durch ne Autopanne auch sehr spät. Die beiden weiteren Treffen zwecks Fehlenden Toilettenpapier und Abrechnung waren eher unangenehm.
Ich habe nirgens gelesen das man Toilettenpapier und Küchenuntensielen wie ein Handtuch mitbringen muss,um sein Geschirr und Hände abzutrocknen ?
Leider war die Couch ne andere als wie auf den Bildern, was den Scharm wegnahm.
Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung ist der strenge Gasgeruch. Fand ich besonders für die kinder nicht gut.
hinterm Haus keine 20 m sind Gleise ,sprich man wacht bei jedem Zug auf.
Aus 180 wurden dann 207 euro was ich aus anderen Ferienwohnung eben anders kenne.
Für Angler und Monteure sicher gut, für Familien nein.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche hab ich definitiv überlesen! und seh ich in meiner eigenen Schuld !aber bei Toilettenpapier und Handtücher Putzmittel für die Nutzung der Küche hört mein Verständnis auf.
Wieso bezahl ich 50 Euro Endreinigung, wenn der Vermieter dann noch besenrein von mir erwartet ?ohne das ich Putzmittel und Besen im Koffer habe? Nicht mal der Handtuchhalter hing fest.
Fazit: wir konnten uns weder duschen, noch den Tv , noch w- lan nutzen. Kochen wurde abgeblasen,da uns Handtücher etc. gefehlt haben. Durch den penetranten Gasgestank haben wir uns abends 19 uhr eingefunden und morgens schnell geflüchtet, da man sich unwohl fühlte. ( Besonders ohne Duschmöglichkeit) . Zum Strand und Schwerin trotzdem empfehlenswert.
Der Vermieter und dessen Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei unserer Ankunft gab es kein wilkommen oder ähnliches.
Es wurde erst mal ausgezählt was wir zu zahlen haben falls in der Wohnung etwas beschädigt würde.Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schmutzigem Zustand.
Vor unserer Wohnung stand der Abwasserkanal offen und es stank erbärmlich.
Auch der Fischer war sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin öfter in Holland angeln und mir macht es nicht viel aus wenn es mal nicht so sauber ist,aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Wir waren wirklich sehr sehr enttäuscht.
