The house with large entrance door and sauna is located directly at the harbour. The 500-square-metre property is surrounded by a fieldstone wall that supports a white wooden fence typical of Rügen.

Location and surroundings of object
The Mönchgut peninsula was ruled by monks for centuries and has therefore retained many characteristics. It is perfect for your two favourite pastimes: relaxing days on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and hiking or cycling tours in the idyllic Bodden landscape. From a culinary point of view, it is rare to be so close to fresh fish on Rügen, be it in the quaint restaurants or in your own kitchen in Haus Hafenflair
Our advice: especially in bad weather and in the high season, the only road to the "Muttland" of the island of Rügen is often congested. Then simply enjoy the comfort of the house, discover the immediate surroundings or cycle to the beach!

We have furnished this holiday home with great attention to detail and a sense of practicality. The seating set and dining chairs are upholstered in easy-care leather. The viewing pleasure is enhanced by a Blue Ray player and a home cinema system by Harman/Kardon. If desired, soft music accompanies guests in the bathroom and sauna. Families feel particularly at home because there is a separate play corner with toys for children, plus a trolley for trips to the beach
Details such as specially coated surfaces in the bathrooms, a softening system for the water and perfect water pressure are a matter of course in this house. High-quality materials were chosen for the entire interior - solid wood furniture and fittings of German brand manufacture from Duravit, Hansa, WMF, Ritzenhoff-Breker or Leonardo characterise the ambience. The high-quality Zangenberg umbrella provides shade. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house. After hikes in the cooler season, a wood-burning stove with a glass window provides cosy warmth.
