Situated on a 1200 sqm plot opposite the English landscape park and each with a living space of 190 sqm, the houses in traditional country house style offer enough space for up to six guests each. House I is furnished with a great sense of cosy ambience in country house style - with wing chairs and a bench in a floral dress and delicately patterned curtains. A tiled stove in white and a surrounding gallery with a writing desk emphasise the dignified country house atmosphere. The free-standing marble staircase looks like a sculpture in the room. From the balcony and terrace, guests enjoy a magnificent view of the Greifswald Bodden
The special features of the house include the reed roof typical of the region, the in-house sauna with light therapy, the terrace and additionally a place for the comfortable duo beach chair - both paved in the traditional red-blue-changing clinker brick. The partly floor-to-ceiling windows with round arches let a lot of light into the living rooms. The triple solar control glazing protects against too much heat. But a 2.50 m wide sliding door to the terrace brings summer into the house when needed. Kitchen vapours are extracted downwards from the ultra-modern BORA hob where they arise. Because it is fenced in and has a lockable garden gate, children can play unsupervised.

Location and surroundings of object
The town of Putbus with its classicist houses, the unique Circus roundabout, its galleries, park and theatre also delights those interested in culture. In the harbour of Lauterbach, the restaurants serve, among other things, what the cutters have pulled ashore, fresh every day. The historic narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland" travels to the Baltic Sea resorts and to the Granitz hunting lodge. There is a bathing area on the Bodden with a small beach nearby.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant will receive a refund of the rental price minus a service charge of €50.00. Otherwise, the following conditions apply: If canceled up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental, no additional costs will be incurred. After that, 25% of the rental sum will be charged as cancellation fee up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental, 75% of the rental sum, and from 10 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the rental sum will be charged. There is no refund for early departure or non-arrival.

We have furnished this holiday home with great attention to detail and a sense of practicality. The seating set and dining chairs are upholstered in easy-care leather. The viewing pleasure is enhanced by a Blue Ray player and a home cinema system by Harman/Kardon. If desired, soft music accompanies guests in the bathroom and sauna. Families feel particularly comfortable because there is a separate play corner with toys for children, plus a trolley for trips to the beach
Details such as specially coated surfaces in the bathrooms and a softening system for the water are a matter of course in this house. High-quality materials have been chosen for the entire interior - here it is solid wood furniture and furnishings of German brand manufacture from Duravit, Hansa, WMF, Seltmann-Weiden or Leonardo that characterise the ambience. A beach chair for two tempts you to spend relaxing hours reading in the garden, while the high-quality Zangenberg umbrella provides shade. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house. After hikes in the cooler season, a wood-burning stove with a glass window provides cosy warmth.
