Description
The brick-built, non-smoking house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore ideal for families with children.
Due to its central location, the village and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
You can park directly at the house and also have a garage for parking your car or bicycles, pram or other things.
On the south-facing terrace you will find a Carolinchen beach chair and of course garden furniture for the sunny hours. A charcoal grill for a well-kept barbecue is of course also part of the equipment.
From the garden you have access to the large garage, which can also function as an additional storage room. The washing machine is also located in the garage. All windows have external shutters.
On the ground floor you will find the modern bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as the living/dining room with satellite TV, Blue-Ray player and a music system. The bright living room is equipped with seating for 4 people and a cosy living area. Crockery and glasses are uniformly and sufficiently available.
Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with wardrobe and a room with two full-size single beds and a linen chest. All mattresses for allergy sufferers have 2 degrees of hardness and can be turned according to personal feeling. Another WC is also located on this floor.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the Friedrichsschleuse, almost in the middle between the village and the beach. From here it is approx. to the beach and approx. 800m to the Carolinensiel museum harbour. The Cliner Quelle is about 600m away.

Bed linen and towels on request and for a fee. Bed linen costs 10,- per bed, a set of towels (1 shower towel, 2 hand towels) costs 7,-. |
Cancellation terms:
The complete cancellation terms can be found in the rental agreement. We always strive to re-rent the times. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. For cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price, up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Super holiday home
A wonderfully furnished holiday home, very clean, equipped with everything that is needed. Great hosts, very friendly, who respond very promptly.
A highlight is the large garage, where you can park strollers or similar items excellently.
Absolutely recommended.

Holiday in a great holiday home for feeling good
This holiday home comes highly recommended. We were thrilled with the furnishings and cleanliness from the moment we entered. From the bathroom to the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, every detail is well thought out, and nothing is missing. The associated garden with a terrace and beach chair is great for relaxing. We also made perfect use of the garage for storing bikes, wagons, or the car.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely holiday home. Everything was fine. The equipment was high quality and cozy. Everything a self-caterer needs was available. We felt comfortable.
