Description
The brick-built, non-smoking house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore ideal for families with children.
Due to its central location, the village and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
You can park directly at the house and also have a garage for parking your car or bicycles, pram or other things.
On the south-facing terrace you will find a Carolinchen beach chair and of course garden furniture for the sunny hours. A charcoal grill for a well-kept barbecue is of course also part of the equipment.
From the garden you have access to the large garage, which can also function as an additional storage room. The washing machine is also located in the garage. All windows have external shutters.
On the ground floor you will find the modern bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as the living/dining room with satellite TV, Blue-Ray player and a music system. The bright living room is equipped with seating for 4 people and a cosy living area. Crockery and glasses are uniformly and sufficiently available.
Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with wardrobe and a room with two full-size single beds and a linen chest. All mattresses for allergy sufferers have 2 degrees of hardness and can be turned according to personal feeling. Another WC is also located on this floor.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the Friedrichsschleuse, almost in the middle between the village and the beach. From here it is approx. to the beach and approx. 800m to the Carolinensiel museum harbour. The Cliner Quelle is about 600m away.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Hier passte alles.
Die Lage zwischen den beiden Orten Harlesiel und Carolinensiel war perfekt.

Wintermarkt 2021 in Caro
Wir waren mit vier Personen in diesem Ferienhaus.
Es war einfach wunderbar, trotz des schlechten Wetters und der aktuellen Coranabestimmungen.
Wir würden jederzeit diese Anlage wieder mieten.

Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir waren schon beim ersten Betreten von der Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit begeistert. Vom Bad über das Wohnzimmer bis hin zur Küche und den Schlafräumen ist alle bis ins kleinste Details durchdacht und es fehlt an gar nichts. Richtig toll ist der dazugehörende Garten mit Terasse und Strandkorb, wo man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Auch die Garage konnten wir perfekt zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern, Bollerwagen oder dem Auto nutzen.

Ferienhaus Carolinchen
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung hochwertig und gemütlich. Was der Selbstversorger braucht, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Dream holiday in a home
We spent a great holiday in the Carolinchen, enjoyed the central location, went on numerous excursions, visited cosy restaurants in Carolinensiel and the surrounding area and trudged through the mudflats in sunshine and southern temperatures. The long journey was absolutely worth it, we will definitely be back! Preferably in October, when the North Sea is rough and wild.
Particularly noteworthy are: Contact with the landlord (cordial) and the cleanliness of the house!
