Welcome to our holiday home Sonja.
The holiday flat is located on the upper floor and has a spacious roof terrace.
You reach the holiday flat via a separate entrance.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and relax in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals. In addition, the non-smoking holiday flat has one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower (1x2m) and WC.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in a dead-end street
It is also easy to get there by train, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the holiday home.
On bad weather days, you can visit the Bernsteintherme with sauna, the seawater swimming pool or the cinema.
Zinnwitz is one of the best-known seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday, such as numerous shops and restaurants, and a visit to Zinnowitz is always worthwhile
There is also a mini-golf course and a tennis court in the village.

Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Super great apartment
We stayed at the Sonja apartment for the first time and were pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were spacious, very tastefully furnished and very very clean. The apartment is very quietly located in a settlement.
The apartment has everything you need for your holiday. The landlords are very friendly and always have an open ear.
We will definitely come back.
The apartment Sonja is highly recommended.
