A modern June 2020 newly furnished flat with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room offers you a relaxed ambience for your holiday.
A permanently allocated car parking space and bicycle storage facilities are available at the house. From here you can easily explore the surrounding area by bike or with the Usedom Bäderbahn.

Sunny Usedom, the island with the most sunny days a year. In recent years, this decidedly family-friendly holiday resort has developed into one of Usedom's most popular seaside resorts. The wide beach promenade with numerous buildings in the style of classic seaside resort architecture invites you to stroll and linger. Here you can marvel at houses that were built at the beginning of the century and have been lavishly and lovingly restored in recent years. A large selection of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in the village centre and the surrounding area. Thanks to its mild, stimulating climate, Zinnowitz is popular with young and old. Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

A dream vacation apartment?
For us, the most beautiful holiday apartment? Everything is perfectly and lovingly furnished and reflects the good taste and style of Anneliese, the landlord. Very nice, custom-made furniture and maritime details create a cozy atmosphere. Right upon arrival, there was also a "basic supply" of drinks ready? Thank you very much for that! The kitchen has everything the heart desires and more. The bathroom is great, everything is there (hairdryer, hair straightener, cosmetic tissues, etc.). In the bedroom, there is a high-quality box spring bed in which we slept excellently. We liked the idea of providing hotel slippers for the guests. The mosquito protection installed on the windows and the terrace door is also very practical. Additionally, everything is very clean and well-maintained. The terrace is equipped with very nice furniture and cushions. The outdoor area is beautifully planted and is wonderfully illuminated in the evening. The holiday apartment is beautifully quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, you can reach the beach and the center in just a few minutes. The beach chair included in the price is amazing, right at the fisher beach and the nearby snack bar. Many thanks to Anneliese and Mrs. Brusch from Castella Usedom, and see you next year?

Life begins where time doesn't matter... namely on vacation. ?
We are totally thrilled with this clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished vacation apartment. We lacked nothing here and felt comfortable from the very first minute. The great decor and attention to detail immediately caught our eye.
We were surprised by the beach chair, which was already included in the price.
The central location and the surrounding nature invite you to go for walks and bike rides. "Heartfelt thanks from Mirko, Jutta & Mom to our dear landlord Annelie?"

Cozy and modern
A friendly, modern, and brightly furnished apartment. We haven't had anything so lovingly decorated in a long time.
The apartment is located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, everything can be easily reached by bike.
However, what we liked best about our entire stay was the lovely owner Annelie, who lives next door. She was there to help us with advice and assistance. ☺️
We would book again anytime. ☺️

With a lot of love for detail
Super nice holiday flat, very stylish and cosily furnished, everything fits together and is coordinated. Everything you need is there, from hair straighteners to all kitchen utensils to coffee, tea, spices, napkins and so on.... There is even enough toilet paper and kitchen rolls. There is really a lot of love here. It's simply a feel-good place. The flat is in a quiet location. You can reach the centre and the beach in about 15-20 min. on foot. Walking distance.
We can say that it was the most beautiful holiday flat for us so far. A clear recommendation! ?
