4-room house, approx. 65 m², kitchen (open door), living room with 2 couches, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with single bed and bedstead (pull-out bed), 1 room with folding bed (base with wooden slats), bathroom with shower cabin / bidet / WC.
Large veranda open on the sides with garden furniture, loungers, hammock, parasol, barbecue. Well maintained property with lawn, olive trees and lots of space. Surrounded by olive groves, fields and forest.

On request, the pool (about 2 weeks before or after) can also be used outside of the above period for an additional charge of € 100 per week.

The 2012 newly built holiday home with private pool is located in a quiet secluded location, between the towns of Montemassi km and Roccatederighi km, 100 m from a single-lane tarred road. It is surrounded by 1 ha of fully fenced land with meadow and olive trees. You have a beautiful view from the house overlooking the castle of Montemassi, on olive groves, wooded hills and fields. The next house is about 250 meters away.
In the village Roccatederighi you will find shops of all kinds, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurants with garden terrace. The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, between 30 + 40 km away. It is 20 km to the Accesa bathing lake and 22 km to the River Farma.
