Il Seccatoio- 3 roomed house, 40 m², on the ground floor: living room/kitchen with fireplace, double bedroom and spiral staircase to the 1st floor: bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom/shower.
Shared swimming pool with the neighboring house 10 m x 5 m x 1,40 m deep with whirlpool, open from to with outside shower, sunshades, garden furniture and deckchairs.
The pool can be opened upon request even in extra periods at a cost of 100 €/week.
Each house has its own furnished private area. Barbecue.
Grasslanded area with shadowy trees surround the house.
Comfortable rustic environment, 4-ring stove, fridge with ice-compartment, SAT-TV, filter coffee machine.
Mosquito nets are at the windows.

Location and surroundings of object
This lovely restored stone-house, with a pool since 2009, is situated in a tranquil position km below Roccatederighi with fantastic view overlooking the countryside up to the sea. It is surrounded by cork-trees and typical landscape of olives and vineyards. At a distance of 20 m. lies the object R4, with this exception there are no other houses in the neighbours. Postal office, bank, grocer´s shop and pizzeria restaurants are in the village. The nearest seaside resort with sand beaches are 35-45 km away in Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. The Accesa lake is 25 km and the river `Farma´ 18 km away. Roccatederighi is a picturesque village with circa 800 inhabitants. Grosseto is only 35 km away and Siena about 60. It is situated on top of a stony (rocca) area and there´s a fantastic view across the land, over the surrounding hills. The old part is an intrigue of nicely preserved narrow alleys (no traffic) and vaulted ways.
