3-room house, approx. 35 m², kitchen, living room with fireplace + double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, shower/WC.
2 terraces, one with a shady pergola, garden furniture, loungers, barbecue.
Equipment: 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, SAT-TV, toaster, filter coffee maker.
The kitchen and the living room are rustically plastered, natural stones can be seen.
Pizza wood stove.
Fly screens are in front of the windows.
Heating possibility with fireplace, 100 kg wood cost € 20.
Air conditioning + electric heating in the living room.
Pets allowed 20 Euro, registration required.
Parking at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The country house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and secluded location, between the villages of Montemassi and Roccatederighi, approx. km each, away from the traffic. The natural property is surrounded by olive groves, meadows and forest. Charming views of Roccatederighi and the surrounding hills. The next house is about 150 m away.
In the village you will find shops of all kinds, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurants with garden terrace. The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, between 30 + 40 km away. To the bathing lake Accesa it is 20 km, to the river Farma 22 km.

Montemassi is dominated by a castle that dominates the surrounding countryside, around which the small village (170 inhabitants) leans in search of protection. In the village you will find a grocery shop with a butcher, a restaurant/pizzeria with a garden restaurant and a multi-purpose sports field. Reservoir (2 km).

romantic holiday home Carmen in a dreamlike secluded location
If you appreciate the seclusion, the closeness to nature and the distance to tourist strongholds as much as we do, you will feel very comfortable in this house.
The interior is designed in typical Tuscan rustic style. The naturally dense forest, the olive groves and the beauty of the Tuscan villages transport you to an environment that you only wish for as a Tuscan lover.
The view from the terrace is magnificent, especially at sunset. The proximity to the sea, the Farma river, a bathing lake and Grosseto allow for a varied stay.
