The holiday home is ideal for 2-3, max. 4 people. The modern Rustico was renovated a few years ago, newly furnished and is in an excellent condition. From the large terrace, you can overlook the Maremma plain, with clear visibility up to the offshore islands. The house is designed in a modern style with an open architecture and all the comforts of a modern home (espresso machine, satellite TV (German programs), WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Absolute relaxation and tranquility. The large property is completely fenced.
The holiday home is wonderfully located on a hill overlooking the vast landscape of the Maremma amidst an olive grove. Many wineries with tastings and olive oil production in the area,
The house was built with great attention to detail. A modern rustic, with very good and new equipment.

Perfect location, as the place Ribolla with pizzeria and all shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes (also approx. 15-20 min. on foot). Here, there are all shopping facilities. Roccatederighi and Montemassi are also not far away, where you can eat very well. Extensive free and natural beaches about 25-30 min. by car. The medieval Massa Marittima can be reached in about 20 min. Overall, destinations like Siena, Pisa, or Florence are easy to reach.
