The lower floor of the villa includes the laundry room and another shower room. In the wellness area, an indoor pool.
Numerous terraces and balconies with sitting areas, dining area and chill-out area guarantee a relaxing stay in the outdoor area of this villa. The large swimming pool (9m x , depth m - m) with a comfortable step entry, outdoor shower and surrounding sun terrace provides refreshment on hot days. While bathing or after sunbathing, you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Parking on the enclosed property is possible. In a privileged hillside location with an infinite view, this stylish villa is located near the coastal town of Nerja, at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol. Once a small fishing village, Nerja is now a popular holiday resort that has retained its charming atmosphere. The old town is full of whitewashed houses, narrow streets with restaurants, cafés and small shops selling crafted goods. From the Balcon de Europa, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Spain, you can enjoy the dreamlike panorama of the mountains in the background against the dazzling Mediterranean Sea. Nerja is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the rugged Sun Coast, which has numerous contrasting sandy beaches and charming creeks with crystal clear water. A secret tip is the wild and romantic Playa de Maro in a nature reserve with underwater caves and hidden waterfalls - a paradise for snorkelers, divers and kayakers. A popular excursion destination is the Cueva de Nerja stalactite cave.
