The Holiday flat

The La Perla is located in the picturesque grounds of San Juan de Capistrano directly above Nerja. You can expect a clean, comfortable apartment with 10 sqm private south-facing terrace and fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, a perfect holiday oasis with palm-lined avenues, tropical gardens and a beautiful pool area. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, but to achieve almost no steps.

The wide glass - sliding doors allows the terrace with the apartment connect. A large awning provides the necessary shade in summer, while in winter the low sun heats the living room through the glass doors. The apartment has a very private atmosphere, because it sits as an independent cottage in the building. The apartment of the single lateral neighbors has been placed structurally backward. Thus, the terrace is not visible.

The living room with a comfortable sofa is technically well equipped with satellite TV (German channels), stereo m. CD player. Internet via Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for a third person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc.
The bedroom has 2 windows, a wide bed with single mattresses, a spacious closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine for small laundry in between.

Location and surroundings of object

San Juan de Capistrano has evolved over the years into one of the most attractive and sought after urbanisations on the eastern Costa del Sol.
The development consists of villas, apartments and apartments that have been built and style so positioned in the "pueblo" that they benefit from a magnificent view of Nerja and the Mediterranean.

The cottages are surrounded by a parkählichen landscape with lots of tropical plants and flowers, which is held by its own gardeners in good condition. Nerja is located on the eastern Costa del Sol about 50 km from Malaga, between the mountain range of Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a beautiful coastal town surrounded by mountains and romantic bays. Besides the beautiful beaches, visitors can expect a pronounced hospitality.

The old town, with its whitewashed houses has retained its typical Andalusian style to this day.
The Balcon de Europa is a projecting beyond the sea cliff, on both sides thereof are sheltered beaches. It is one of the favorite places for many visitors, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and close to the tourist information center Nerja. During the day you can enjoy panoramic views over the coastal areas and in the evening admiring the crafts of many artists.

The surrounding streets of the old town are largely car-free, which allows an unhindered stroll.
In the narrow streets there are numerous restaurants, flamenco bars and many small shops. Fish and seafood are inexpensive and often get in beach restaurants - an old tradition on the Costa del Sol.

Rental prices include utilities (water + electricity except air conditioning), towels and sheets. For we charge 40 euros. The power consumption of the air conditioner is read on a separate meter and billed at 20 cents / kw. For long-term rentals from 3 weeks please send request.

Only about 150 meters from the apartment, there is a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, and a fantastic pool area with rock island and small waterfalls. The pool of San Juan de Capistrano is beautiful, of course, like a lake created and surrounded by lawns with sun beds and two pool bars. From here there is also terrific views of the sea, Nerja and the mountains. For smaller children there is a separate shallow pool with a lawn on a separate layer.
