Historic holiday home in the tranquil and beautiful Westfeld near Winterberg.
Our -stylish- freshly renovated holiday home offers 130 sqm of space for up to 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds available. In one bedroom there is an additional single bed and a cot.
One bedroom is also equipped with a TV
The living-dining room is located at the front of the building with an exit to the side terrace. It is equipped with a large TV, a pull-out couch, a decorative fireplace and a large table group where everyone can sit together and socialize.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 coffee makers, stove and dishwasher
On the ground floor, next to the living room and the kitchen, there is a modern wellness bathroom with a wellness shower and a spacious infrared cabin with relaxing chairs for 2 people. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet
W-Lan is available free of charge throughout the house.
In addition to the small terrace by the living room, you can also use a small paved area with a garden shed next to the neighbouring house 'Lennerauschen', which is located directly on the small river "Lenne". This area is available to both houses and is also equipped with a garden fireplace or barbecue.
Parking spaces are located directly next to the house, or in the immediate vicinity
The express bus, which runs hourly between Winterberg and Schmallenberg, stops 100 metres from the house. With it you can easily reach the skiing areas even in winter and don't have to deal with overcrowded parking lots.
With the visitor's tax you receive the Sauerlandcard, which entitles you to free use of public transport and also offers many other discounts throughout the Hochsauerland region
IMPORTANT NOTICE.
The house is a 140 year old half-timbered house from the 19th century. We have extensively renovated it and furnished it in an extremely contemporary, comfortable and above all cosy way. During the renovation we have nevertheless attached importance to the originality of the historical building fabric. Due to the age of the house, the ceilings are low throughout. The lowest point is in the kitchen - 190cm. Otherwise there are 2 meters available. Therefore, we would like to point out that the house is not suitable for people taller than 190cm

Location and surroundings of object
Westfeld is a small contemplative place (federal gold village) at the foot of the bare Asten. It is located between Winterberg and Schmallenberg. Due to the direct neighbourhood of Winterberg (13 km), the winter sports areas "Skiliftkarussel", "Altastenberg" and "Neuastenberg" (which are only 7 km away) can be reached quickly by bus or car. In summer, the Rothaarsteig and various excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are very easy to reach on foot.
The house is centrally located in a quiet residential area. The (still young) Lenne flows directly past the house. Directly next to the house, only 30 metres away, is a cosy farmhouse café. 2 excellent inns are within walking distance (100m and 300m).
In the village itself you will also find the Westfeld cross-country skiing centre with partly snow-covered trails and a ski hut.
Let yourself be enchanted by one of the most beautiful villages of the Hochsauerland.

Perfect rest house
The house is very nicely divided and is surrounded by a very beautiful landscape. From the window you can see a brook running directly along the house, which you can hear splashing when the window is open. Within walking distance you will find a village market where you can buy everything for your daily needs. We were only there for a weekend, but we will definitely come back and treat ourselves to a nice break from everyday life. The house is highly recommended.

Very good.
An ideal holiday home for large family holidays (4 adults and 3 children), comfortably furnished. A short way by car about 15 minutes to the ski area. Very nice contact with the landlord who answers immediately if there are any difficulties. We only give 5 star, everything nice and clean and such a cosy house with lots of space for everyone. Can only recommend. We have stayed very satisfied and enthusiastic.

A great vacation in a quiet location
After many years, we stayed in a vacation home again and were thrilled. The stylish and lovingly renovated building is located in the small and quiet village of Westfeld. The village has everything you need during a vacation. The restaurants in the village are also highly recommended.
We visited the Lennestübchen because we enjoy going to the sauna. The infrared sauna is perfect for relaxation after a hike or bike ride. The house is overall very well-equipped. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for everything
We are on vacation here and we lack nothing. Very nice here, unfortunately no snow, but we go walking with the children and dogs every day. I think we will come back here in the summer since the area is wonderful. Very calm and relaxing.
