We had a great time!

What are you waiting for? Book this house already! You will not regret it. Coral Villa host Patricia was amazingly friendly, easy to communicate with and super responsive. My wife and our two sons (11 and 15) spent an amazing 8 days here and even added a 9th day because we didn’t want to leave. This home will take your breath away as soon as you walk in, it is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing show. Spacious with high ceilings, modern, immaculately clean, comfortable with thoughtful touches throughout. The two master showers are huge! Cozy beds in each bedroom and a perfect living room set up with a large smart TV. Endless Summer is truly the home away from home that you dream about. We could have spent our entire time there in the heated pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed the colored pool/hot tub lights during our evening swims and music on the outdoor speakers over the lanai, all controlled from the house iPad. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house too. My sons and I also had peaceful rides on the canal behind the house in the kayaks from the dock. It was very convenient to dock our rented boat behind the house. In addition to the beautiful amenities, the home's proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, stores, and gorgeous beaches keeps you close to everything while staying in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I could go on and on about this beautiful home, but I'll just say my family and I loved it and did not want to leave. If you are looking for the perfect getaway home, this is it, no negatives to speak of. You will not be let down. We would love to stay again!

Endless Summer was a fantastic deal for the price ! It is spacious, clean, the outdoor space is gorgeous (pool and spa), everything is updated and modern. Rent a boat and dock it right at the house--only a quick 15 minute canal ride to the river/gulf. Great restaurant recommendations from the hosts and good information about the Cape Coral area. We loved everything about our time here. (Make a note--you will be charged for electricity at the end of your stay!)

Best vacation ever!!!

This place is amazing. The pictures look amazing but it is unreal in person!!! The view is spectacular, huge fish jumping out of the canals, One of the best pools I’ve ever seen, it also lights up, jacuzzi was incredible with a waterfall . Everything in this house sparkles! It was extremely clean, but still felt warm and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back next year! And the host is incredible, they are there if you need anything at all. You will love this house.

Villa Endless Summer

Very clean and modern! Local management was readily available and very nice. Great place overall whether for a big family vacation house or a few friends looking for a getaway! This house also has every appliance, kitchen tool, pool toy, etc imaginable....plenty of bath and pool towels too. Literally don't need to bring anything with you except your clothes!

Ein Traum von Villa

Arrive, feel good, and enjoy. We had a great week. The villa is simply fantastic. Everything has been thought of. We had superb and personable support from Rosi. She took care of an issue in the kitchen within 24 hours that we noticed. It couldn't have been better. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms, the three bathrooms very comfortable, the living room with the comfortable kitchen invited us to linger when it was a bit cool outside in the evening. The terrace with the pool and many seating and lying options was wonderful for enjoying the Florida sun in January. In the garage, everything needed for a trip to the beach was provided. No need to worry, it is spacious enough for even an SUV to fit comfortably. Everything in the vicinity can be reached within a few (car) minutes. From Publix to a German Bakery and plenty of restaurants, we felt well catered to. In the house, there is also a folder with lots of useful information for the vacation. It was our fourth house in Florida - this one was the hardest to leave. The support from booking to deposit refund was simply top-notch. To all who book this house: it will be a fantastic stay. :-)

We escaped the dreary German January weather for two weeks and spent them in this dream house. We can only highly recommend Villa Endless Summer! There really was nothing missing or to complain about - the owner has thought of EVERYTHING! Whether it's everything you need for a perfect day at the beach (from coolers to beach umbrellas to plenty of beach chairs) or simple power adapters. Everything is already provided here, and you don't have to worry about anything. From the kitchen equipment to the high-quality beds in which we really slept wonderfully, to the heated and illuminated pool - and these are not the only highlights that await you here :) We would especially like to highlight that the villa is very stylish, modern, and elegantly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We felt at home here from the very first minute. For the next Florida vacation, only the Villa Endless Summer is definitely an option :-)

Traumhafte Villa

We were already for the second time in the fantastic villa. And everything is still in perfect condition and even more beautiful than the description can convey. For us, the booking in November was indeed the "Endless Summer". Patricia and Heiko are perfect hosts and took care of everything at all times. We will definitely come back at least a third time...

Das perfekte Urlaubsparadies

We celebrated our 200th birthday together in this dreamy villa :-) and felt at home from the first to the last minute. The owner has decorated the villa with a lot of taste and great attention to detail, very high quality. Beautiful! The villa is perfectly equipped, catering to hobby chefs, tech enthusiasts, and water lovers. Nothing is missing, we have never experienced this in any vacation rental before. The south-facing location allows you to start the day with a fantastic sunrise and a cup of freshly brewed coffee on the large terrace, or spend the day by the pool and relax. Sun protection is provided, and with the lanai, there is no need to fear unpleasant mosquitoes, etc. What more could you want? The villa is located in a quiet pleasant residential area, all shopping opportunities, restaurants, beach, etc. are easily accessible by car. If we come back to Cape Coral again, only this villa is an option for us.

Great villa for family vacation!

We stayed 4 adults and 3 teeanagers for one week. The house was spacious, clean, modern and had a nice decor. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice bathrooms. The outside pool area was great and also the pier by the canal. We had a very pleasant week and can highly recommend this house for a vacation in the area!

The Villa is fabulous

Perfect Family Vacation

Again and again!

We are now the second time in this house and this villa is clearly our favorite! Besides the great location, the house has everything you need. The equipment in the kitchen and in the many other rooms is exceptional and very high quality! Very important for us: We slept very well because the quality of the beds is really great. Every detail is taken care of here. Whether you're small or tall, a beachgoer or pool lover, a hobby cook or fast food fan - this house has something for everyone! We have been on vacation in Florida for countless years now, and in no other house did everything appeal to us as much as here! We will be back next year!

Babymoon

Perfect house in a perfect location! We spent a wonderful vacation here with our loved ones before our baby arrives in a few months :) This villa truly fulfills every wish and is decorated with lots of attention to detail. Spacious, bright, and modern rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, (water) games, kayaks, a lit and heated pool, and so much more. . . One of the most beautiful moments was watching the sunrise from the dock. For me as a pregnant woman, it was also really important to find out that it is incredibly clean here and I could use the bed linen and towels without any worries, slept well and was protected from unpleasant insects thanks to the lanai. A perfect place to relax and also experience something. Adventurers and shopping enthusiasts will be delighted due to the perfect location within 20 minutes. to the most beautiful beaches, huge outlet centers, amazing restaurants, and great adventure mini-golf courses. Our absolute happy place to forget about everyday life and spend time with loved ones, away from crowded hotel complexes. We will definitely come back with our children and thank the Endless Villa team very much :)

Lonely peak!

This beautiful house leaves nothing to be desired. Every room, every bathroom, and the kitchen are furnished with great attention to detail. We lacked nothing as everything was truly available. The pool is great and there is plenty of water toys for all ages. The many loungers by the pool and the private boat dock are super comfortable. The canoe rides in the canoes provided were really enjoyable. And the location of the house is great too. Within 20 minutes, everything is really reachable here. From the airport to the dream beach in Fort Myers, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and numerous other excursion possibilities. The beaches in Fort Myers, Naples, and Sanibel are beautiful, and the amazing sunsets should not be missed. After 2 days in Miami and 2 days in Key West, we had a sensational time here.

During our road trip through Florida, we spent a week at Villa Endless Summer. It was a wonderful stay because we lacked nothing. The villa is equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful time in this very well-equipped and generously laid out villa. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Floridatraum

Wir haben im Mai 2018 traumhafte 3 Wochen in der Villa Endless Summer verbracht. Liebevoll und wirklich schön eingerichtet - hohe Decken, moderne Ausstattung und alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Ein toller Pool im Garten, der zum Reinspringen einlädt. Kajaks sind auch vorhanden, mit denen man auf der Wasserseite aus schöne Ausflüge starten kann. Ein Highlight ist der Anlegesteg für ein Boot, sowie eine Barbecue Ecke am Haus. Die indirekte Beleuchtung am Abend sorgt für ein tolles Ambiente :-) Wir haben uns hier „zu Hause“ gefühlt und das ist das größte Kompliment, was man machen kann. Auch hat die Villa genug Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geboten. Jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen, aber auch für gemeinsame Stunden war viel Platz. Wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen!

Great vacation in Spain

We were among the first guests in this great villa and enjoyed our stay immensely! The villa couldn't help the bad weather :-) This stay was our eighth vacation in Cape Coral, and we have always rented a villa. This one was the first where everything was really thought of. There is nothing missing in the villa! From German power adapters to a fantastic beach day equipment, everything is simply there! Nothing you still have to get on-site! We will definitely come back! The only tiny drawback for us is the location. It's great for shopping and going to the beach, but you can hear the nearby main road a lot when you're sunbathing downstairs on the pier during the day. But as I said, this point is not a major issue for us compared to all the other advantages. The on-site support was also great and available at any time. Great villa, book it now! :-)

Großartige Villa

I have been vacationing in Florida for several years and have not yet found a house that is as modern and well-equipped as Villa Endless Summer. From the kitchen to the pool and beach accessories, adapters, games for young and old: everything was included and left nothing to be desired! There are many loving details that give you the feeling of "being at home" in each of the four bedrooms and the spacious living room. We were there with two families and still had plenty of space for ourselves. The large terrace facing south offers a wonderful view of the canal. We even spotted dolphins there, which was a very special experience. We thank you very much for the excellent service and a fantastic holiday that we were able to enjoy. We will definitely come back!

new, dreamy villa with great, extensive amenities

We were the first guests in this fantastic Villa Endless Summer in Cape Coral. The villa is a dream, it is modern and extensively equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Light, music, and pool can be controlled via iPad or mobile phone. Kitchen and rooms are maximally equipped. Great bathrooms with large showers. The south-facing location ensures great sunshine and the pool is fantastic. In the evening, you can illuminate the pool with LED lighting in different colors and create a wonderful atmosphere. A very tasteful interior design completes the overall impression. With the boat, you can quickly navigate through the canals on the river, and you can also explore the canals with a kayak. It was a great time in this beautiful and modern house, and we will gladly come back.

Villa Endless Summer

Together with three other couples, we spent an unforgettable vacation at Villa Endless Summer. The newly built villa with four spacious bedrooms, each with walk-in closets, as well as the bathroom facilities are very tastefully and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. The spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen inspires communal cooking and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. The highlight next to the outdoor pool is the adjacent hot tub overlooking the private dock. Every sunny day can be wonderfully enjoyed on the numerous pool loungers. With the American grill, a variety of culinary delights can be created, making the BBQ evening at the large dining table on the pool terrace a dinner of the highest class! From the booking communication, personal service, to the payment process, we can highly recommend Villa Endless Summer after a wonderful time and sincerely thank you for the fantastically beautiful holiday. Bewertung der Endless Summer

Wir waren mit großer Familie in der neuen Villa. Mit 7 Personen fanden wir eine großzügig und großartig eingerichtete Villa vor. Die Möbel im Innen-/Außenbereich wirken sehr wertig wie das gesamte Haus. In der Garage ist alles schön geordnet und für den Besuch am Strand ist alles vorhanden, Stühle, große Schirme, Spielzeug etc. Die Küche ist komplett und vor allem für unsere große Familie ausreichend und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Da hat sich jemand ganz viele Gedanken für seine Gäste gemacht:-) Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder...einfach toll...Die beiden Master liegen direkt mit Zugang zum Pool, sodass wir den Sonnenauf-/und Untergang herrlich genießen konnten. Der Pool mit der LED Beleuchtung war abends ein echter Hingucker! Auch heizte der Pool richtig schnell auf, wenn man es wollte. Der schöne Ausblick am Pool und der schnelle Zugang mit dem Boot zum River ( 20 Minuten), waren für uns als Bootfahrer richtig klasse. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ideal, da wir beide Brücken zum Fahren aus Cape Coral nutzen konnten. Auch die Hausverwaltung, einfach super...wir kommen gerne weider!
