The apartment for up to 6 people offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy living room with TV, where all Dutch and German channels can be seen. A strong WIFI signal allows access to the Internet. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. The living room is in the possession of a comfortable seating / sofa bed.

Fijn appartement

We spent a week in Winterberg with our 2 children. A nice and clean apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and there was plenty of entertainment for the children near the apartment. Definitely worth repeating for us.

About the apartment,
Positive: located in the center. Great as a base for hiking. Good bathroom and clean.
Less positive: cramped layout. The living room is very small, the wallpaper matches the rest of the furniture but feels claustrophobic. Not a nice space to be in. The kitchen is overcrowded, with six chairs and a big table. Limited cooking possibilities. There is no freezer, so if you were with children, you wouldn't even be able to have an ice cream in stock. The beds were good. The towel package was very basic, one medium-sized and one small towel. The outside area is very limited and uninviting facing the street. The courtyard is very uninviting, devoid of any grass or filled planters. We found the price-quality ratio to be poor, too expensive for a week in May considering what was provided. Disappointing. Absolutely not suitable for a family with children, really no chance for playing outside.

had a great time.

Had a great time in this apartment. Family with four children. It was nice that there was a bunk bed in the master bedroom and another bedroom with two separate beds. It was also good to have a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped, including an oven. The apartment also warms up quickly. Lastly, it was very convenient to have a parking space at the apartment. In short, a really TOP apartment!

Stay apartment Top Prime: Spacious, luxurious and stylish apartment with great views in the heart of the city.

We had a great time in Winterberg. It is a beautiful area with plenty to do for teenagers. The reservation process went very smoothly. Gerard responds quickly and provides you with the right information right away. Upon arrival, it turned out that the towels and bed linen had not been delivered yet, but he quickly arranged it. The apartment is fully equipped, we were 5 people.

The apartment is cozy and decorated with many small details.

The apartment is very centrally located. It's less than a 3-minute walk to the city center. A parking space is included with the apartment, so there are no issues with unlimited parking in the city center. Plenty of shopping opportunities are also within walking distance in a short amount of time. The apartment is spacious. We were there with 5 people and could move around very well in the apartment. There are plenty of seating options in the kitchen and living room. Since we were on a ski vacation and unfortunately had a lot of rain, the many well-functioning heaters and the available dryer were a big plus. The apartment is cozy and furnished with many small details. We will definitely come back to Winterberg and book this apartment again if possible.

Great accommodation and perfect for families with children.

The apartment was very clean, which we particularly liked, as we arrived with two children (1 and 4). The kitchen is equipped with new electrical appliances, and in the cabinets, you can find everyday items that are easy to forget (salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, cloths, coffee filters, etc.). Unfortunately, the refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment, and a little more storage space in the kitchen cabinets would be great. If you occupy the apartment with 7 people, it will be more than tight. We slept excellently in the apparently high-quality and new beds. The apartment is nicely laid out, tastefully furnished, and offers enough space for a family with children. We were able to easily store our stroller in the hallway. Only problem: the overflowing garbage bin upon arrival, which was not emptied during our stay. With a diaper child, inevitably garbage accumulates, and we had to keep the trash bags in the apartment and ultimately placed them next to the full bin when leaving after 5 days. The location is perfect for walking to the pedestrian zone, supermarket, and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a great large playground and various forest and meadow paths for walking. We could also reach the nearby slope (summer toboggan run) after 1.4 km. Upon arrival, we had a small problem with the key handover. The key was in the key box but we couldn't access it. After a phone call, the owner arranged everything necessary and within 15 minutes, a lady arrived who let us into the house. Top! ! !

Nice vacation in Spain

We spent our holiday between Christmas and New Year in this beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom also includes a loft bed which our children enjoyed using. In another room, there are two more single beds. Everything was very nicely and warmly furnished. The location of the apartment is particularly noteworthy, as it is very central but still quiet. You can walk to the old town of Winterberg in 2 minutes. What more could you want? The contact with the landlord was always friendly and courteous, so we decided to come back again.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment!

Great! Highly recommended!
We were with two couples and then you have a very luxurious place to stay! Very beautiful and well-maintained apartment. What we liked is that the beds in the small room could be pushed together to make a double bed.

Good location in the center with the supermarket on the corner. It's about a 20-minute walk to the slopes, which ultimately made us prefer taking the car. Also good was having a parking spot in front of the door. :)

The accommodation is superbly located, very central but very quiet.

The communication was very nice and fast. We were helped a lot. The accommodation is in a great location, very central but very quiet. We could get fresh bread every morning, the bakery was only 30m away. The ski slope was only 1.5km away, so also very close. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Thank you very much.

Clean apartment.

We enjoyed a beautiful, spacious, and very clean apartment! We came with 2 adults and 3 children (2, 6 & 9 years) and enjoyed 5 days in Winterberg; especially at the Erlebniskappe, but also in the park with pools ;-) Willingen also has a nice cable car and toboggan run! Furthermore, we visited Kahler Asten, caves in Warstein, Bad Berleburg, and Dillenburg. We did a lot and could have easily entertained ourselves for a few more days! Top!

"Het appartement is ons zeer goed bevallen. Het appartement is zeer ruim opgezet en ook helemaal compleet ingericht. Het hoeft je aan niks te ontbreken. There was even a blender and a hand blender. Wij hebben op een regenachtige dag muffins gebakken. De tv heeft Nederlandse zenders, en via de Smart TV kan je gemakkelijk inloggen op je eigen Netflix of Pathe thuis abonnement. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van allerlei leuke en gezellige restaurants. Er zijn 2 grote supermarkten om de hoek en ook een heerlijke bakkerij. Met voldoende parkeerruimte voor deur hoef je nooit te zoeken naar een parkeer plaats. De communicatie tussen Gerard en ons verliep erg soepel en snel. Erg fijn! Thanks to you! Al met al een top vakantie gehad in een top appartement!"

Just like home!!

The apartment is located in the heart of Winterberg!
Almost everything within walking distance, shops, restaurants. Many sights nearby after a short drive.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Amsterdam.

We had a great time in this beautifully decorated, clean apartment. Upon arrival, everything was already nicely heated, and the rooms are cozy and attractively furnished. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with even a mixer and a cheese slicer. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the location of the apartment is very convenient within walking distance of the center and the slopes. WiFi is available, but the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms. We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment.

Nice apartment in the center of Winterberg.

It is a nice apartment, and the location is perfect.
You can do everything on foot, especially when there is a lot of snow, you don't need to use the car.
I find the apartment less suitable for 6 people...1 bathroom and bunk beds in the master bedroom.

Nicely furnished apartment near the city center

Very fully furnished with enough sleeping and seating places for 6 adults. The kitchen was also fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A combination washer/dryer in the bathroom/toilet area. Flat-screen TV with Dutch TV channels. Strong WiFi in the room and kitchen. Everything fairly new. Parking the car(s) is not a problem. We enjoyed it!

Cozy apartment.

We rented the apartment for 3 nights and we enjoyed it. The apartment is located in the center, and it was a 15-minute walk to the ski slopes. It was convenient to have our own private parking space as the rest was full of cars. The apartment is cozy and we were able to prepare our hot meals excellently in the fully equipped kitchen. It was our first time skiing in Winterberg, but it is worth repeating, and we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Voortreffelijk

One downside to this apartment! The beds were too comfortable, making it hard for us to get out of them. We stayed here with 4 adults and a 5-month-old baby. We were somewhat limited in terms of going out, but we had a great time. The Wifi worked well, and we had access to all Dutch TV channels. The apartment is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's a quick walk to the city center, which was a must for us. The contact with Gerard van den Top and the check-in via the key safe all went well. We definitely hope to come back again.
