Upper floor: 1. Bedroom with a double bed (180×200), TV (flatscreen) and desk, 2nd bedroom with two single beds (90×200), TV (flatscreen) and desk, each bedroom has its own bathroom with modern shower and WC, comfort sauna with lounge area, large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage space, terrace with garden furniture (6 garden chairs) with comfortable seat cushions, sun umbrella and grill as well as storage options (lockable shed) for bicycles available. Plot approx. 380 sqm, internet (Wi-Fi) available, non-smoking, underfloor heating throughout the house, electric sun awnings, garden shed for storing bicycles, 2 parking spaces at the house - carport, restaurant in the immediate vicinity, Netto in Altenkirchen approx. 2 km, from approx. Excursion options by ship to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden trips, crane watching tours, and to the Störtebeker Festival are available from the Breege harbor 500 m away; sailing school, optimal cycling and hiking opportunities, 1 pet (medium-sized) is allowed with us by arrangement (fee 5,- per day).

Location and surroundings of object
Here, on the sunny peninsula of Wittow, Rügen is supposed to be the most beautiful. At least that's what many people from Rügen and holidaymakers who come here again and again claim.
Away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with overcrowded beaches, you will spend a beautiful and relaxing holiday here, in a landscape that is almost left to nature. The seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, offers an eventful stay that will not only be remembered by children.
In Breege you can still see the history of the old fishing village. The harbour and the old captain's houses are witnesses of this era.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
The lifeguard service at Juliusruh beach ensures safety during the bathing season.
The sunset on the Baltic Sea and over land is always a great spectacle.
When exploring the coastal landscape, with its high coast, you still come across unspoilt beaches. You get the impression of being transported back to prehistoric times - after the Ice Age.
