The house has a large heated conservatory and a garage.
Ground floor: Spacious living room with about 30 sqm area, satellite TV, WLAN, terrace with awning, garden furniture, and barbecue fireplace, guest toilet, storage room, kitchen with electric stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a dining area in the bay window.
Upper floor: Large bedroom with a double bed and a crib, a small bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, and a washing machine (coin-operated). The house is set up for 4 adults and 1 toddler.

Pets are allowed on the ground floor (except in the sanitary and sleeping areas).
Bed linen can be ordered in advance for a fee of €15 per person / stay or brought from home. Towels can also be ordered for €15 per person / stay. As a precaution, we would like to point out that starting from the 2023 season, we must limit the room temperature in our houses to 21 degrees in order to help address the energy crisis. Furthermore, this allows us to maintain a moderate rental price for our guests.

Very nice / clean house
We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the exceptional cleanliness – you feel welcome and comfortable right away. The house is very tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. The great location is particularly noteworthy: quiet, yet you can quickly reach all important attractions and shopping options. We will definitely come back!

Gladly booked again!!
A very clean, modern, well-furnished house.
Anyone who knows Norddeich knows that the location is very good and that the house is situated in a quiet residential area. A bit off the beaten path, one might think, yet still quite central to the spa center, seal station, and also to the "Haus des Gastes" with the dog-friendly beach.
We liked it very much, as we had traveled with a dog and he could romp around extensively in the fenced garden. The winter garden is very large and even has 2 doors, so a light draft is possible if it gets too hot. The kitchen and bathroom also satisfied us. Almost everything was there! (Well, a hairdryer was missing in the bathroom - but we had thought of bringing one ourselves.) The mattresses were also NOT worn out, and one woke up refreshed. It became somewhat cool in the evenings and at night during our time (mid/late September), so one would have liked to have a thicker blanket (or an additional blanket).
But we would still be happy to come back!
This accommodation is recommended! We also had good and positive phone contact with the landlords. They were accommodating and polite - and thus we hope to spend a few days there a second time (if our period is not booked).

Cozy house with a fireplace
The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Very cozy, well-maintained and lovingly furnished. The key handover was quick and uncomplicated. The house is located in a quiet area and you can quickly walk to the beach. We can recommend the house unconditionally and you can also bring a small dog. Gladly again.

We were in HausAndrea for the first time and everything was great? we first went to the house pearl to get the key and were received very nicely? the house is very well maintained and cosy? everything was very well located (shopping, shopping mile, restaurants, etc.).
Of course we would love to come back again ?

Fantastisches Ferienhaus
A truly fantastic house. The house is modern, well-maintained, and lovingly decorated. The garden is now securely fenced for dogs. The car can be safely parked in the garage. The large, sun-filled, heated conservatory is a highlight. There is even a fireplace in the living room for romantic hours. Thanks to fast VDSL and an accessible router, working remotely in the digital "home office" was seamless. The location is top-notch. In a quiet, nice area of Norddeich. Everything, including Norden, is easily accessible on foot. Lastly, the personal contact with the landlords was really nice. We will come back!
