With us you can enjoy your holiday. We offer you a modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a cosy atmosphere. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential street and offers 85sqm of living space.
We rent all year round and there is room for 4 adults + 1 child. NON-SMOKING HOUSE !
If you are looking for recreation and want to feel comfortable, you have come to the right place. The south-facing terrace and sunbathing lawn with garden furniture (including 4 sunbeds on wheels), sandpit and barbecue invite you to spend some cosy hours.
Furthermore, the holiday home offers 2 car parking spaces + garage for storing bicycles etc., coin-operated washing machine, telephone and WLAN for checking emails
Important information for allergy sufferers and non-smokers: Smoking and pets are not allowed in our holiday home!

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- 1) Sie bekommen den Buchungsbetrag abzüglich der Stornierungsgebühr zurückerstattet, wenn Sie die Buchung bis 30 Tage vor dem geplanten Urlaubsantritt stornieren. 2) Bei Stornierungen, die weniger als 15 Tag vor dem Urlaubsantritt erfolgen, wird der Buchungsbetrag abzüglich des Preises für die erste Nacht und der Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 25% des Buchungsbetrages zurückerstattet. Bei Buchungen von mehr als 7 Tage (siehe Punkt 2) erhöht sich die Stornierungsgebühr auf 30% des Gesamtbetrages. Stornierungen haben immer in schriftlicher Form zu erfolgen!!!
