Description
The house has a large heated winter garden and a garage.
Ground floor: Spacious living room with approx. 30 sqm, satellite TV, DSL internet flatrate, terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue fireplace, guest toilet, storage room, kitchen with electric cooker, exhaust bonnet, dishwasher, microwave oven as well as the dining area in the bay window area.
In 2017, the ground floor was completely refurnished and a new fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer combination was installed.
First floor: Large bedroom with double bed, a cot and baby monitor, small bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine (coin operated).
The house is furnished for 4 adults and 1 toddler.
A beach chair on the sandy beach is included in the rental price!

Cozy house with a fireplace
The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Very cozy, well-maintained and lovingly furnished. The key handover was quick and uncomplicated. The house is located in a quiet area and you can quickly walk to the beach. We can recommend the house unconditionally and you can also bring a small dog. Gladly again.

We were in HausAndrea for the first time and everything was great? we first went to the house pearl to get the key and were received very nicely? the house is very well maintained and cosy? everything was very well located (shopping, shopping mile, restaurants, etc.).
Of course we would love to come back again ?
Of course also a very nice landlord ???

Fantastisches Ferienhaus
Ein wirklich tolles Haus.
Das Haus ist modern , gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet.
Der Garten ist mittlerweile hundedicht eingezäunt.
Das Auto kann in der Garage sicher eingestellt werden.
Der große, sonnendurchflutete, beheizte Wintergarten ist der Hit.
Im Wohnzimmer ist sogar ein Kaminofen für romantische Stunden vorhanden.
Technisch war das digitale "homeoffice" Arbeiten dank schnellem VDSL und zugänglichem Router problemlos möglich.
Die Lage ist top. In einer ruhigen , guten Gegend von Norddeich.
Alles, auch Norden ist gut zu fuß zu erreichen.
Zu guter letzt war auch der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern wirklich nett.
Wir kommen wieder!

Ferienhaus
Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Super Ausgstattet, sauber, ruhig , tolle Lage. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt gelaufen. Bei Rückfragen immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe selten so ein tolles Ferienhaus gehabt. Man darf sogar einen kleinen Hund mitbringen.

Urlaub mit Kindern in den Osterferien
Alles lief perfekt und das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts und an alles wurde gedacht! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus inkl. Wintergarten und Garage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Es fehlt in diesem Ferienhaus nichts. An alles ist gedacht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl.
