Modern, fully air-conditioned sea view villa in a quiet, central location for up to 12 people. The villa is not visible and your privacy is protected. The large pool is surrounded by a flowering garden with tropical palm trees. A direct path leads from the house to the beach + town centre in only about 8 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries, shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A car is not necessary. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes from the house.
It is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport to the house. You can easily travel from there by bus, train or taxi.
VILLA LAS CHICAS is the perfect home for families with children as well as friends and groups of all ages. The house is close to the beach and the city centre. It offers all the amenities that discerning guests appreciate to enjoy a relaxing holiday. In addition to high-quality furnishings, a well-tended garden with palm trees and a view over the sea, you can expect a dreamlike holiday ambience. Cleanliness is our top priority.

In the garden there are comfortable seating areas, 4 large sea view terraces with fridge, large BBQ grill and beautiful garden furniture. There are 10 sun loungers with soft cushions around the large pool. Colourful sunshades, drinks tables, cosy lounges and barbecue areas create an atmospheric holiday atmosphere and relaxing under tropical palm trees.
Fountains, imposing Buddha and lion sculptures and a large outdoor solar shower with hot and cold water under the palm trees create a cosy atmosphere. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play.
Harmonious colour and light accents come into their own in all rooms as well as in the outdoor area, everything has been furnished with great attention to detail. Let yourself be enchanted by the modern Mediterranean ambience of the house. From the large living room with fantastic sea views, large fireplace with remote control, TV, comfortable sofa and the dining room and kitchen, a balcony with numerous seating areas and tables leads around the house. Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the sea. There are 4 TV's in the house.

In the dining room there is a large dining table, a small library with books in many languages, numerous board and family games, card games as well as flyers and maps with interesting excursion destinations and city tours on offer.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, the best mattresses and high-quality bed linen. Safe in the house. Bedroom with sea view, satellite TV with reception of all countries, languages and programmes as well as Netflix.
3 modern wellness bathrooms with hairdryer, large shower, bathtub, fluffy towels. Steam sauna with bench, massage jets and integrated hi-fi system in the shower under a starry LED sky. All with a view of the tropical garden.
For our "little guests" we provide you with a high chair, cot, lovely children's bed linen, a teddy bear to put to sleep, toys, paddling pool, ball games and plenty of pool and beach games free of charge. Our house is very family and child friendly.
An additional room filled with games for the whole family is located in the outdoor area as well as large electronic darts, table billiards, various sports equipment such as gym bikes, steppers and dumbbells. Other varied activities can be found in the outdoor area and provide additional fun.

The rental price is for 10 adults + children up to 4 years free of charge. The normal capacity of the house is 10 people. An additional occupancy of 2 persons is possible at any time, please enquire. We charge a small surcharge for an extra bed with bed linen + towels.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, this will be charged according to your personal consumption on the day of departure and deducted from your deposit. The house has energy-saving lighting.

FUENGIROLA is a vibrant city on the seafront near Marbella. It is one of the most attractive and popular holiday areas on the Costa Del Sol. The city centre has an excellent infrastructure and meets the highest standards. Many large modern shopping and leisure centres invite you to enjoy exclusive shopping with an extraordinarily wide range of variety. There are markets and festivals several times a week. The large fish market is located at the harbour with exclusive yachts and ships. All markets are active in summer and winter. Romantic horse-drawn carriages and a "slow train" that runs right through the city will show you the sights of the lively city centre.
Exclusive shops and many Andalusian beach bars with fabulous Spanish cuisine are located around the seafront promenade and invite you to stroll around. Bars, casinos, trendy discos and dance clubs for all ages provide plenty of entertainment. Our kilometre-long sandy beaches have been recognised as one of the most beautiful and cleanest.
NIGHT LIFE:
The town offers a very lively nightlife. The entertainment centre is located around the marina, in the town and on the beach promenade with trendy bars and discos.
SPORTS OFFERINGS + ANIMATIONS on site:
Golf, tennis, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, water skiing, bumblebee, wake boarding, knee boarding, banana rides, tubing, sumo suits, paragliding, parasailing, bungee jumping, horse riding, extensive hiking and much more. There is also a large cart track nearby.
There is also plenty of entertainment for the little ones around the beach with large aqua and amusement parks, a large zoo, adventure park, go-kart tracks, pony rides and trampolining. There is a year-round amusement park on the beach promenade with lots of carousels. Fun for everyone.
Many weekly concerts by well-known stars, festivals, bullfights and local fiestas are also very popular. Golf courses are nearby and can be played all year round.
We record temperatures of up to 25+ from November to April. Our pool is open all year round. You can ski in the mountains of SIERRA NEVADA, which has a snow-sure ski area, or sunbathe on the beach. Whether sunbathing in December or skiing in the mountains of Granada, everything is possible with us.
Many festivals and traditional Spanish processions take place over EASTER, a highlight here in ANDALUSIA that is celebrated in style.
At Christmas time, many Spanish festivals and Christmas markets are held, which are very popular. We are happy to decorate the house for you on request with a large Christmas tree.
On SILVESTER there is a big beach party with fireworks on the beach.

Fantastic off-road driving experience over the mountains of Mijas. Your guide will take you in American Wildcat buggies through breathtaking landscapes at sunset with views of the Spanish inland.
There is a small separate flat with separate access to the house. This is occasionally used by the property manager or his deputy. The property management does not use the garden, pool or terraces. This is only permitted to our guests. The property management is an additional service for our guests and is responsible for cleaning, pool and garden maintenance as well as repairs to the house. They will be happy to help you with any questions, special requests or problems.

Simply beautiful!
We (9 people - 3 families) had a really nice stay at Villa las Chicas. The pictures on the internet and the consistently positive reviews did not promise too much and our expectations were exceeded. The transfer from the airport to the villa took about 30 minutes. Taxis of all sizes were available en masse at the airport. The warm welcome on arrival and the first impressions when we entered the complex were fantastic. From now on, HOLIDAY was the order of the day!
We rented a car from "Auto Flores" for the entire holiday period, which we can recommend without reservation. Nice - on time - uncomplicated... what more could you want. The great and helpful tips from the house management for the beach or for daily errands saved us time-consuming exploratory tours in the area and ensured that we could enjoy our holiday right from the start
The house and the entire grounds are in impeccable condition
The entire complex is very beautiful and harmoniously coordinated and lovingly maintained. You somehow immediately felt at home on every single terrace. We enjoyed the massages, the wonderful tappas evening as well as the beautiful barbecue evenings by the pool.
The villa offers a very beautiful view towards the sea and is located in a very quiet residential area, at the same time you can reach the beach in a few minutes
Excursion destinations such as Nerja, Mijas, Marbella and Benalmadena were within easy reach.
All in all, we felt comfortable from the first moment, could relax well and can recommend the villa 100%.

...unique, extraordinary, impressive...
The holidays in the "VILLA LAS CHICAS" were fantastically beautiful and an unforgettable experience for us. We found a real oasis of well-being. We wanted for nothing. The garden was a blooming splendour with numerous places to linger, enjoy and relax - paradise -, the pool always inviting for refreshment and exercise, the house stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared for us guests. Perfect family holiday
We had an awsome holiday in Villa Las Chicas!
We had our holiday together with family (in total 3 adults and 4 children between 5 and 11 y.o.), and it was just perfect. There was more then enough space for all of us; enough rooms and badrooms and it all was super clean! The beds were also very good, we all slept very well every night.
Everything we needed was there; kitchenware, wasmachine, drying racks, water toys and even coffee.
When we arrived a bottle of Cava was cooled for us in the fridge! We had the lucky we could immediately go to the villa after our early arrival in Malaga (about 09.30 am).
Outside there were many nice corners to read a book, taking a nap or simply just to come to yourself.
All the trees and flowers made it so colourful and nice to be there.
When we were in the villa, we mostly spent our time around the swimmingpool that had a perfect temperature; it was not cold but really refreshing.
By car the beach was really nearby, but we liked more to enjoy our private swimmingpool with a hammock on the water and other water toys.
Summarized: we had a super holiday and I have no comments!
We certainly will go back to villa Las Chicas if we go to Malaga another time!

Dreamlike facility
We were there in August 2020. One of the nicest holiday properties I have rented so far. The description of the property and the pictures correspond perfectly with what we found. The house can be recommended without reservation! The contact with Christa and Dieter, our landlords, was characterised by friendliness, cordiality and punctuality (completely uncomplicated). The house and the property are in a very good, well-maintained, very clean and extremely modern condition and are equipped to a high standard and comprehensively. This starts with the (needed) air-conditioning in all four separate sleeping areas up to TVs and stereo, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and dishwasher. A garage is available
From the pool with terrace and 1st floor beautiful view into the distance. The special thing about the pool, it had the perfect water temperature every day. There are covered terraces as well as outdoor terraces, which invite you to sunbathe. A covered barbecue area with a dining area is right next to the pool, where we could spend very nice evenings.
Highly recommended for a quiet holiday.
You can tell that the owners have put a lot of time and love into this villa, both inside and out. As already described, the house exceeds Central European standards and offers the very best conditions for a successful holiday. As a point of reference, the distance from the airport to the house is about 30 minutes by car. We will be back!

Dreamlike villa
We were allowed to spend two unforgettable weeks in August 2019 in the beautiful VILLA LAS CHICAS with 9 people. Actually, the pictures of the VILLA say it all! The house, as well as the furnishings and the well-kept outdoor area with its palm trees, tropical plants, the beautifully landscaped terraces with sea view, leave nothing to be desired. The feeling of well-being did not start with the arrival, but already with the renting. The house management also took care of the guests' needs. All the activities we booked, as well as the additional recommendations, were a complete, unforgettable success. I could describe many more positive impressions, but I can't name any negative ones (after much thought). The area around Fuengirola is beautiful. Various fantastic sights can be visited from there. We will book VILLA LAS CHICAS again and think back fondly to the wonderful time.

Perfect Christmas time
We a family with 6 adults and a child in a wheel chair had a wonderful Christmas time in this house.
The house was beautifully decorated in all rooms for Christmas and we felt like home. A large Christmas tree beautifully decorated was in the living room. Perfectly.
During the day we enjoyed the good weather and sunshine up to 25 degrees and also used the pool which was warm. In the evening we enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere at the fireplace in the large living room. The kitchen is very nice and we had a blast cooking. Almost all rooms have fantastic sea views. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with a good glass of wine. The weather is highly recommended at this time of the year. Everything was so clean and perfectly decorated. A nice holiday, we will be back!

Villa Las Chicas lives up to its promises. We (4 adults and 5 children) spent a carefree week in October with great weather. The extremely friendly caretaker couple takes care of everything. Bed linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. The villa and the garden are very well-maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two large BBQ grills in the outdoor area, which we used extensively. The tasteful and harmoniously colored interior offers ample space for many people. The beautiful bathrooms are particularly noteworthy. The location of the villa is excellent. The sea and the city are within walking distance and easily accessible. A bus departs from the house. Malaga, Mijas, or Marbella can be reached by car in a short time. It is recommended to order the offered paella and tapas evening. The paella we had was probably prepared as well as possible. Overall, Villa Las Chicas is highly recommended without any reservations, and it has been the best family vacation we have ever had. We can also very much imagine returning.

Wonderful house with stunning sea view
We was a couple of 8 friends and spent a beautiful holiday in VILLA LAS CHICAS. A really very beautiful and well maintained house with absolutely fantastic sea views. A well maintained home with beautiful furnishings and many sea view terraces, all very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and the palm garden with many tropic plants is very nice. Beach and town are within walking distance. We have recovered us gorgeous and like to come again. Absolutely recommendable.

Fantastic villa with a cozy welcome.
As 2 adults and 3 teenagers, we had a wonderful, relaxing time at this villa. Management of the booking was excellent and the welcome from Christa was warm and friendly. We appreciated having her just across the road for advice and help. The villa was even better than it looks in the photos, was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need. The outdoor space was excellent, the balconies had wonderful views, and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was a good size, regularly maintained and deep - which suited our teenagers perfectly. They also enjoyed the fact they had a separate space - the downstairs level is accessed separately, so everyone had plenty of space. The villa is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. It is a 10 minute downhill walk into the northern part of the main town where there is everything you could need - small supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc. The beach is clean and has good facilities - volleyball nets, small play equipment, toilets, etc. We chose not to hire a car and used taxis to get to the other end of town (Bioparc, waterpark, and watersports at the port). Everywhere we went, the people were friendly, the town was clean, and we felt very safe. What more could you ask from a holiday? Thoroughly recommended.

A pefect holiday destination !
We had with our family and children a fantastic holiday in this very well-kept and nice house. The pool is large and well maintained.Our kids loved the pool. We had spend a very good time in the beautiful garden with tropical plants and palm trees. The terraces are equipped with comfortable seating, everything very clean and modern.The house is specious and very well equipped. The highlight at night was the large roof terrace where we every evening grilled and the enjoyed wonderful views over the sea and the city. The city is very beautiful and offers a lot of variety. Everything is very central and is in walking distance. The house management was very helpful for informations about best restaurants, bars and nightlife. Unforgettable beautiful family vacation
We found this luxury villa exactly as described and pictured in the online advertisement. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. The management took excellent care of us and accompanied us into town for shopping, the beach, and places of interest. The villa is highly recommended, especially for children due to the fantastic pool. The leisure facilities are huge and offer something for everyone, as do the many excellent restaurants. We were particularly impressed by Pueblo Mijas, a very pretty traditional village above Fuengirola with fantastic panoramic views, where we enjoyed cozy dinners, celebrations, and music until late into the night!

Great vacation
We were 10 friends and colleagues and we stayed for the second time at the villa in Fuengirola and had a great time again. The villa and the outdoor area were in great condition again and the attention to detail is visible everywhere. The location of the house is very pleasant for vacation because you can enjoy the day by the pool or quickly go down to the beach, which is easily accessible on foot. Good restaurants and bars are also easily accessible. The equipment with many sun loungers, umbrellas and grills is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. The house itself is also air-conditioned and has enough space for a larger group. The property management helped us with all our questions and the massages by the pool and the paella evening were a great experience. We would recommend this villa with all its advantages and the very friendly and competent property management to everyone and we would book this villa again immediately for a nice vacation.

Beautiful holiday home
We can merely join the previous evaluations.
We have spent our summer holidays with our whole family (incl. a baby) in the VILLA LAS CHICAS in Fuengirola. All of us enjoyed the days there very much and we can highly recommend this villa.
The house is situated on an hill in the mansion district of Fuengirola. It is perfectly equipped, very clean and well groomed. For our baby all was available, a cot, highchair, babypool, toys and much more. The kitchen have all you can imagine. Two very comfortable grills are available for outdoor-barbeques. Around the pool there are located many deckchairs and sunshades, all well-tended and very neat. The pool was cleaned few times a week and a gardener is taking care of the gorgeous exotic plants. Very friendly and helpful is the property management. Par example they organized an evening with paella and massages at the pool. (Highly recommended!) We had a perfect weather in May, the pool was very warm.
Altogether lovely holidays! The two weeks passed off too fast. The house is to be recommended and we would like to come back again.

Hammer Holidays.
We were a group of 10 friends from Switzerland and had a great week at Villa las Chicas. The villa is equipped with everything you need: beautiful rooms, a great wellness shower, and a kitchen with everything you need. Next to the pool, there are two great grills that we could use. The outdoor area is beautiful with many places to relax. The garden and the pool are well maintained and of high quality, and the pool was always clean, which made us very happy. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, and the holiday feeling is there from the first second in the villa.
The property management took great care of us. We received great tips on beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Fuengirola. We also booked massages by the pool, which were great and relaxing, and the tapas evening (super delicious) was a nice conclusion to our great stay. The location of the villa is very good; it is in a quieter residential area, but at the same time, you can reach the beach or the city center in a few minutes. There is also a bus in front of the house. Fuengirola itself has a lot to offer, good restaurants, beach bars, and there was always something going on in the evening. The airport is very close, and a trip to Ronda or Marbella was no problem because you can quickly reach anywhere along the coast. The support before and during the stay was very friendly and professional. Booking before the stay was very easy, and all questions were answered quickly. We can 100% recommend the villa with its many possibilities, we had an absolute fantastic week, and we would book the villa again anytime.

a dreamlike vacation
A spacious and elegant villa with all comfort. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are very tastefully and elegantly furnished. The beautiful accessories have been carefully coordinated in terms of color. WOW!!! The park-like outdoor area is inviting for chilling out, relaxing and sunbathing. The atmosphere at night, when the beautiful outdoor area and the swimming pool are illuminated, is especially great. Simply romantic. Best Andalusian climate with a beach on the Mediterranean - super!!! We will definitely repeat this vacation and can highly recommend this property.

Heaven on Earth
We (8 friends) spent an unforgettable week at Villa las Chicas.
Right from the warm welcome, it became clear to us:

We enjoyed the well-maintained and lovingly furnished house, the beautiful garden with many seating areas and the wonderful pool, the delicious paella and tapas dinner, Pepe's massages by the pool, and a boat trip to see dolphins to the fullest. The beach and the city were only a few minutes' walk away, and there was also a bus stop at the door.
Excursions to Benalmadena, Mijas, or Marbella were not too far, and there you could also enjoy delicious meals and southern nightlife in the evenings. Fuengirola is a great city!
We were well taken care of all around, felt comfortable from the first moment, and can absolutely recommend the house.

A holiday villa of a special kind
Actually, everything is said with the photos of the villa - the house and garden are designed with a lot of attention to detail. We had such a warm welcome after our quite long journey - it was like coming home to family. Everything was perfect - the weather, the care, the good food (thanks to the property management for the great paella and tapas evening), swimming in the pool, and most of all, just relaxing and unwinding. Fuengirola was a good starting point for our excursions inland.

All promises kept, what more could one want?
All descriptions were accurate and even exceeded our expectations. It was important for us that everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the airport, the car was already waiting for us. The directions to the villa were perfect, and the check-in process was uncomplicated. We only knew the place from the internet, but that was no problem! The property management guided us to the supermarket, showed us the diving school where we could immediately book, and even arranged wheels for our boys. What more could we ask for. We will not forget the great evenings by the pool and at the barbecue area. Our boys could spend the day at the sea, diving, and in the city, while we relaxed by the pool with a nice drink. There are plenty of cool restaurants right by the sea. The villa is designed so that 11 people can comfortably live and eat. Concerns about being too close to each other are unfounded. Great excursions to the surrounding area, plenty of retreat options in and around the villa, and a large pool area give one the feeling of vacation. You feel very comfortable. The cars drive without haste, and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you need a doctor, the property management is there and helps unconditionally.
Forget about hot and unbearably humid weather. We were positively surprised by the mild climate, pleasant breeze, and nighttime temperatures. Supermarkets are plentiful like sand by the sea. Especially recommended is El Corte Inglés. The selection is huge, and the prices are moderate. We went to an Argentinean restaurant and found it fantastic. There is something for everyone. I can confirm that there is more than enough fashion, souvenirs, shopping, and markets, etc., in and around Fuengirola. We did some research on the internet, and all the places described are highly recommended. We are rather critical and not easily impressed, but we could not find any points of criticism. In summary: something for everyone! We will come back gladly. The house was great!
