Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the Lipno Dreams villa park near Lipno nad Vltavou on the edge of the Lipno reservoir. The village can be reached after a short walk. The park borders on a forest.
The garden offers a fantastic view of the wide surroundings and Lake Vltava.
Right next to the park there is a restaurant and a new toboggan run with a length of 1400m. The paths on the park grounds are all asphalted and illuminated in the evenings. In the immediate vicinity there is a children's playground and a little below it is the stop for the chairlift that takes you to the top of Kramolin Mountain in both summer and winter. The Lipno Reservoir is the first of a series of reservoirs in the Vltavou River. All kinds of water sports are practised along the 42-kilometre-long reservoir: swimming, surfing, sailing, rowing, canoeing and fishing. The places along the lake, Horní Planá, Cerná v Pošumaví, Frymburk and Lipno are connected by bus and boat trips and all have campsites and beaches. Canoeing and cycling tours are also organised from most of these places, as well as walks and horseback rides. The village of Lipno nad Vltavou also offers many opportunities in winter. Chairlifts take you from the village to the top of the Kramolin ski area. The little ones can stay down in the Fox Park, where there is a children's carousel, various fairytale characters, children's slaloms and ski tunnels. With the purchase of a basic ski pass you can use all the slopes. With an extended ski pass, you can also ski down the illuminated ski slopes in the evening or take a dip in the indoor swimming pool near Landal Green Parks. The extended week pass (6 days) costs € 90,00 including evening skiing (price list high season 2010; outside high season 50% discount on ski pass). There are also facilities for snowboarders and lessons can be taken at the local ski school. Ski equipment can be rented on site. For the cross-country skiers among you, there are cross-country trails for both beginners and advanced skiers. Right next to the Lipno Dreams Villa Park starts the toboggan run that takes you to the top and then brings you back after about 1400m and many curves. Tired and exhausted after the eventful day, let yourself be spoilt with a glass of drink and a tasty bite to eat in the nearby restaurant. For the more advanced skiers, there are several, larger ski areas. These are in Austria and can be reached by car within half an hour.

Arrival
Take the A3 from Frankfurt via Würzburg-Nuremberg-Regensburg-Deggendorf to the German-Austrian border at Suben. There keep right on the A8, via Suben/Schärding and Ried/Innkreis. At the Wels motorway junction, keep left onto the A25, then at the Linz motorway junction, keep left onto the A7 via Linz-Hummelhof. At Linz Urfahr keep half left, then onto the H126. After approx. 25 km turn right onto the B126 to the Austrian-Czech border Bad Leonfelden. Keep left there, turn left onto the L163. In the village of Lipno nad Vltavou drive in the direction of Frymburk and turn left to Golfplatz.
