Villa Victoria is a spacious detached house that has 2 self-contained apartments and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It is a modern, private property that offers the elegance of the 'very special' combined with all the comforts of home
In the main part of the Villa, on the first floor, up to 10 guests can stay in 2 large bedrooms (each bedroom has double bed + 2 single beds and sofa bed in the living room).
The 1-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom) can sleep 2 adults + 2 children.
Both apartments have fully-equipped kitchen and well-furnished sitting/dining area equipped with large smart TV and DVD. The main feature of both living rooms is a large glass doors offering panoramic views over the Lake Lipno and the surrounding mountains.
Washing machine is located in the 1 bedroom apartment only.
Large Private Garden: spacious terrace with SAUNA, garden furniture for your comfort and children play area with swings and a slide.
Large Lipno lake (reservoir) with a beach and small aquapark is only 500m from the house (only 10 min walk downhill) and nearest ski-lift is only 250m from the house (you can ski-in when there is enough snow).

Lipno nad Vltavou is located in Southern part of Czech Republic on the large lake LIPNO, only 25 km from Austria -the nearest Airport is Linz - 65 km away. Low cost flights to Linz every day from London Stansted and hire car to drive to Czech Republic (no border crossing any more). Only 30 km to picturesque town of Cesky Krumlov (National Heritage) and 55 km to the City of Ceske Budejovice (famous for Brewery BUDVAR). The capital of Czech Republic PRAGUE - possible for a day trip - only 190 km away (International Airport RUZYNE). Lipno lake and surrounding area is one of the most beautiful tourist destination in the Czech Republic. The small village on edge of lake Lipno offer lots of different restaurants and cafe bars so you will never get the village itself, there is a good variety of restaurants and cafes, bars and shops.

The lake offers many more possibilities for endless fun. The river Vltava (Moldau)offers many possibilities for canoeing and rafting. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers can make magnificent tours through this nature rich area.
Aquaworld Lipno is located only 500 meters away from our Villa and is open all year round. There you can find a large pool with water attractions – wild river with rapids, pearl bench, bubble whirlpool and pressure massage showers
For children there is a paddling pool and a children’s ski-areal Lipno KRAMOLIN offers 6 ski slopes with total length of 5 570 m (total 25 hectares. In the ski-areal you can also find Snow Park with Jumps, waves rails, turns, stairs and several snowboard crates with railings. Snownet artificial snow system will allow you to ski throughout the whole Winter!
For beginners: Ski School - the best and the largest ski training ground in the Czech Republic.
For Winter fun: snow-tubing track for riding is plenty more to see and do so in Lipno; if it rains, snows or is sunny you will always have something to do.

Use of gas (Winter only) and sauna is extra and payable upon departure. Local city tax (currently CZK 50 per adult per night =approx EUR 2.00) is payable upon arrival in cash. For 2 bedroom & 1st floor apartment, please contact us for quotation. It is also possible to privatise the Villa incl garden by renting both apartments (in total 3 bedrooms) or for extra surcharge of EUR 500 per week (on request). |

Very nice place, clean and comfortable house. No problem with the hostess. We really enjoyed it!
Мы ездили с друзьями , семьями на 1 неделю. Нам очень понравилась ! Красивая природа , озеро Липно не далеко , бесподобный вид с дома . Дом чистый , все что только нужно есть. Невозможно передать всех эмоций от красоты вокруг !!!! Рядом лес .
Есть не далеко магазинчик , в нем можно купить все необходимое . Есть много ресторанчиов где приятная атмосфера и вкусная еда.

Spacious villa for 16 people
We had a wonderful winter holiday here - the accommodation was very nice and clean, communication with the landlords was smooth. You can quickly get to the ski lift / trail in the treetops / at Lipno / ... I can only recommend it and we definitely plan to enjoy a holiday here in the summer as well.
