Beautiful new villa Seve
This beautiful new villa is located near Medulin. The villa is located in the village Ševe. Ševe is just 5 minutes from the center of Pula and 5 minutes from the center of Medulin. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet location allowing for perfect peace and privacy. Outside you will find a beautiful walled and gated garden with a nice fine pool. A barbecue area as well as an outdoor dining area is available to you. On the porch there are some nice lounge furniture for a morning coup coffee. The interiors were nicely decorated and are flooded to the garden / pool area. On one floor is the living room with couch, the kitchen with dining area, as well as the bathroom and a bedroom. It is ideal for small children or elderly people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
In the garden there is also a pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, an outdoor shower, children's playground, sun umbrellas and a barbecue.
Also, in June and July, we offer a complimentary offer - enjoy a free boat trip from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm with swimming available, valid in June for a minimum stay of 7 days and in July for a minimum stay of 10 days.

Secluded holiday accommodation
The house is a total mess, it was completely dirty. Throughout the house, there are worn-out furniture, all items are broken. The sofa is stained, making it unbearable to sit on voluntarily. The dishes in the kitchen cabinet were so sticky that they couldn't be touched. The oven is a disgrace. Old trash, and so on, were also found. The garden is untended and unacceptable, nothing is child-safe. Anyone who enters this house and stays there on vacation must be blind. We had to spend one night there. And that only with a feeling of disgust. The smell of the house is also very musty and nauseating. Definitely not worth the money and not recommended.

Very disappointed
We spent a week of our vacation in this villa. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered several damages that are unacceptable for the price-performance ratio. 3 garden chairs defective, 1 tile broken on the terrace - risk of injury for dog and child, complete lack of covering at the barbecue area, no seating at the barbecue area, no toaster, no microwave, dishwasher heavily scaled, washing machine leaking and smells - washed laundry also smells, shower hose + fittings in the upper floor shower defective, torn curtain, living room wall unit wobbly, coffee table scratched, scratches on walls throughout the house, garbage and bulky waste in the garden. There are only 2 bedrooms with air conditioning - the other 2 bedrooms do not have air conditioning - and air conditioning in the living room. The pool is not heated.
The villa is 15 years old - neither new nor beautiful - and urgently in need of renovation, so that guests can feel comfortable on holiday - in its current condition, we cannot recommend the villa!

We were very disappointed. Much too expensive for this price. The property was not well-maintained. The equipment of the house is not that great either. We would not book this house again.

Very disappointed!
The house itself is not bad, but dirty. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The dishwasher had dirty dishes. The whole house was not clean. The floor was smeared. Stains everywhere. The coffee machine took 45 minutes before we could finally drink coffee. The "beautiful" playground, which is supposed to include a children's playground, was just a seesaw that wasn't even secure. The garden maintenance was also described as "beautiful" in the description. "Nothing was done there. Everything was overgrown. The grill was just as dirty as the house upon arrival, it was not cleaned after the last grilling session. We had to clean the entire grill before we could even start grilling. The only nice thing was the pool. For the amount of money we paid for a week (2000 Euros), it was way too much. And the house is so remote that you need a car for every activity." No baker nearby, can't even go for a walk in the evening. All in all, a total disaster, very disappointed! Never again!
