Enjoy our comfortable and maritime furnished holiday flat, the quiet location in the beautiful holiday resort Boltenhagen, the endless beach walks and always the wonderful climate at the Baltic Sea during your holiday.
The furnishings consist of solid leached and oiled wooden furniture, we value sustainability. The high-quality and comfortable sofa bed, colour-coordinated with the curtains and decorations, contributes to the feeling of well-being in the flat. Self-designed pictures and decorations in the flat contribute to the fact that our guests enjoy staying in our flat.
Flat screen TV, WLAN, music system, DVD player with DVDs, CD player with various CDs (we have also thought of the children), radio, radio alarm clock contribute to a varied stay.
The integrated kitchen area is very well equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pad machine, coffee maker, 4 plate cooker with oven, egg boiler, toaster, blender and enough dishes. Here you will find everything you need for cooking.
Our guests will find everything they need in our flat. From A like casserole dish to Z like lemon squeezer. An iron and an ironing board complete the offer.
A washing machine, a hairdryer, a magnifying mirror and a towel radiator are available for our guests in the modern shower room/WC. What is nicer than pampering yourself with a warmed towel?
The flat has extensive toddler equipment.
A travel cot with additional mattress and duvet, high chair, buggy, tricycle, scooter, handcart, socket protectors and various indoor and outdoor games are available for our little guests.
With the handcart they can comfortably transport their beach luggage.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200) in comfort height with comfortable mattresses. A large wardrobe is available for your wardrobe.
Our terrace is quiet and cannot be seen from the paths. Here you can start your day with breakfast in the sun and end it with a glass of wine. You can relax in the beach chair or read a good book in peace.
You can use two bicycles free of charge for your cycling tours.
Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for the bicycles and trolleys provided, nor can we accept any costs for repairs or for borrowing replacements. As we do not live on site, we cannot sufficiently check the technical condition of the bicycles and the handcart. For this reason, we cannot accept any liability for their use. The use is therefore at your own risk.

The complex has three buildings, each with 11 flats, which are situated in a quiet area directly adjacent to a nature reserve. Here you will find peace and quiet, the terrace is on one side of the house where there are no other guests.
In 5 minutes walking distance you will reach a very beautiful, fine sandy and stone-free beach with beach chairs. The beach is shallow, which is especially suitable for families with children.
Stroll on the water far into the Baltic Sea - the Boltenhagen pier invites you to take a stroll. Take a deep breath and enjoy the wide view to the horizon.
In winter, walks in the clear, fresh air are a blessing for the soul and good for your immune system
A well-stocked grocery store with bakery is just a few minutes' walk away. Two well-attended restaurants are also within walking distance.
Walkers and cyclists have many opportunities to explore the village and the surrounding area. A well-developed and signposted network of cycle paths offers them numerous destinations.
There is a riding stable nearby. Horses can be rented here for riding
The "Ostseeklinik" and "Strandklinik" spa clinics are within walking distance.
How about a trip to the butterfly world and adventure golf in Klütz? The climbing park in Boltenhagen can be climbed by young and old. The ride on the narrow-gauge railway "Kaffeebrenner" through the Klützer Winkel is an experience every time. Test your skills at the 18-hole win-golf with the whole family or play golf at the Hohenwischendorf golf courses.
On the beach you can rent licence-free boats, stand-up boards and pedal boats or take part in yoga and volleyball games

Very satisfied
We have now been in this holiday apartment for the 6th time. Very nicely located. EDEKA is almost next door. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We have always been there with our dog. Unfortunately, this year it was not possible anymore as she has passed away. Aaaaaber our dog also loved it so much. The mattresses in the bedroom are really good and ensure a restful sleep.

Very nice holiday apartment
We were in the holiday apartment of the Holubek family from August 9 to 17, 2025, and we were absolutely thrilled. A very nice accommodation, everything top clean and tidy, you have everything you need there. You can also sit relaxed on the terrace and enjoy the peace. The beach is reachable in 10 minutes. Two bicycles and a children's scooter belong to the holiday apartment, as well as a grill, so you really have everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. The landlords (Family Holubek) of this beautiful vacation apartment are also very nice and friendly and definitely helpful if there are any problems; they stand by you with advice and assistance. We simply felt comfortable there and were very satisfied with everything and will definitely come back. We can definitely recommend this beautiful vacation apartment with the best knowledge and conscience. We can definitely give all ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

EDEKA ist nahezu nebenan.
Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten.
Wir waren sonst immer mit unserer Hündin da. In diesem Jahr ging es leider nicht mehr da sie gestorben ist. Aaaaaber unsere Hündin hat es ebenfalls so sehr geliebt.
Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind richtig gut und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub in Boltenhagen benötigt.
Man kommt an und fühlt sich gleich wie zu hause. Dir Ferienwohnung ist sauber und auch die Schlüsselübergabe läift ohne Probleme. Supermärkte findet man in unmittelbarer nähe und auch bis zum strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Es gehören auch zwei Fahrräder und ein Kinderroller zur Ferienwohnung und auch ein Grill , somit hat man dort wirklich alles was man für einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub braucht ?? Auch die Vermieter ( Familie Holubek) dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sind sehr nett und freundlich und definitiv auch hilfsbereit wenn es mal Probleme geben sollte, sie stehen einem mit Rat und tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns dort einfach wohl gefühlt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden fall auch wiederkommen. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung mit bestem Wissen und Gewissen auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Wir können auf jeden fall alle ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vergeben .
Nutzung von hauseigenen Fahrrädern möglich.
Schöne Terrasse.
Es waren sogar Fahrräder mit dabei im Keller. Für Kinder gab es auch viel Möglichkeiten im Keller.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht mal 10 min vom Meer zu erreichen . Man fährt mit dem Auto am Meer entlang, wunderschön.
Wir waren zu zweit und sind zufrieden . Man konnte kochen .
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war zu Fuß erreichbar und mit dem Auto knapp 10 min entfernt , zu Lidl und Aldi.
Wir werden definitiv nochmal buchen .
Und das Beste wir mussten keine Treppen laufen ?
Man konnte früh draußen frühstücken , es standen Stühle und ein Tisch draußen.
Jederzeit wieder , wir danken ?

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Fewo verfügt über alles was einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht. Es ist sehr sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, denn es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Was uns aber besonders gut gefallen hat war das der Weg zum Meer nicht mal 5 Minuten gedauert hat.
Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise ging schnell und einfach vonstatten.
Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet auch für alle die gerne selbst kochen und sich selbst verpflegen möchten.
Die Lage ist perfekt man ist überall schnell.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es gibt genügend Geschirr/Besteck . Ganz prima fanden wir die kleine Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb und dem kleinen Wasserlauf daneben .
Mit der Vermieterin konnten wir sehr gut kommunizieren und sie war auch in einer für uns schwierigen Situation sehr kulant .
Wir werden diese Wohnung ganz sicher noch einmal buchen .
Ja natürlich eine Unterkunft auf Zeit, in der man sich wohl fühlt. Genau so haben wir die Wohnung Godewind angetroffen.
Es war alles vorhanden, was eine Ferienwohnung ausmacht. Auf der schön möblierten Terrasse konnte man den Tag ausklingen lassen. Im Haus war es ruhig, was uns sehr entgegenkam.
Die zur Verfügung stehenden Bio Bikes haben wir gerne für unsere Unternehmungen genutzt.
Hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern, Familie Holubek. Fragen zur Wohnung und Ausstattung wurden im Vorfeld umgehend beantwortet.
Ein gut sortierter Edeka war fussläufig gut erreichbar. Auch im Ort haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und auch gleich die besten Fischbrötchen im Ostseehappen, Boltenhagen entdeckt. Immer frisch zubereitet und der Stand an Freundlichkeit des Personals und Sauberkeit eine klare Empfehlung.
Das Gefühl, dass es den Vermietern wichtig ist, zufriedene Gäste zu haben, war einfach zu spüren.

vom Urlaubsort steht Boltenhagen in keiner Weise den bekannten Inselbädern nach und hinsichtlich unseres für unseren Aufenthalt gewählten Quartiers können wir gerne bestätigen, daß wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten und wirklich alles vorfanden, was man so braucht, ob Küchenausstattung, Unterhaltung, oder Mobilitätsmöglichkeiten. Ein dickes Plus von Familie K. aus Berlin-Köpenick. Wir kommen gerne wieder ?.
Wir fahren immer wieder gern nach Boltenhagen und nutzen diese Wohnung sehr gern.
Wir waren im Februar dort und genossen die Ruhe.
Schön ist auch die Terrasse, da die Wohnung im Parterre liegt, einfach draußen sitzen und Käffchen genießen.
Super nette Vermieter.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, soweit die zu ständige Vermittlung
direkt in der Wohnung von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin übergeben. Auch der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Ein Wiederkommen ist nicht ausgeschlossen. ???
Gut war auch dass die Anlage bzw. die Ferienwohnung etwas von der Hauptstraße zurücklag. Auf dem Sofa kann man auch toll bequem sitzen.
Achja. Weiterempfohlen habe ich die Wohnung schon und im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder.
Wahrhaft ein Ort der Entspannung für groß und klein eben auch durch die Nähe zum Strand und allen Annehmlichkeiten des Lebens im Ortskern.

Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt an der Straße ebenso wie eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ums Eck bei Edeka. Der Strand ist in kaum 5 min und die Innenstadt in 10 min erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Uns hat die Kaffeepadmaschine und die vielen Haken im Bad sehr gut gefallen ;)) auf der Terrasse gibt es gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch im Strandkorb.
Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder !!
Es war wirklich alles tip, top. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet u es wird wirklich viel wert darauf gelegt das einem im Urlaub nix fehlt. z.B Haben wir uns selbst verpflegt und waren erstaunt und begeistert das man in der Küche wirklich alles was man brauchte gefunden hat. Das haben wir in den meisten Ferienwohnungen noch nicht so erlebt. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten und die Ostsee ist quasi nur auf der anderen Straßenseite. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf den Service und die Zufriedenheit gelegt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
