Description
The beautiful and cozy cottage will be renovated in winter 2017/2018 and completely equipped with new furniture. The living-dining area has an additional underfloor heating!
2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining area, 1 large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi microwave, filter coffee machine + Nespresso capsule machine ....). A large fenced (from the beginning of 2018) garden with sun terrace and seating invites you to linger and relax and to nice barbecues. About a beach path one comes in about 15 minutes to the 800 m distant sea.
Bedroom 1 with a "swiss-sense" box spring bed ( mx m) with 9-zone pocket spring core and a cm high Aeromax topper with an additional (!) Micro pocket kernels.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds mx m), also with pocket spring mattresses.
!!!! The house is a non-smoking house !!!!

Location and surroundings of object
The house stands on a 350m ² plot, which is completely fenced from the beginning of 2018. A sun terrace to the south with windbreak, garden furniture and awning, a parking space directly at the house and a storage room for bicycles is available.
In the resort "Ooghduyne" there is a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and many sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, children's playgrounds, 9-hole golf course, 6-hole golf course, mini golf course and a swimming pool newly built in 2016.
On the 30 km long dune chain of North Holland, ca 5 km from the port city of Den Helder is located Julianadorp on Zee nestled in wide tulip fields and agricultural land.
Shopping centers, nice restaurants, cafes, doctors and a pharmacy are not far away. The Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne is a very well maintained complex, surrounded by tulip fields, in a quiet location overlooking the dunes.

Hello Niedermayer family,
We had three wonderful weeks, feeling relaxed (including the dog). The house is furnished with attention to detail, fully equipped, and very clean. High-quality oven, dishes from Villeroy and Boch, comfortable box spring beds (slept very well in them) and a large TV if you feel like watching a movie in the evening. Upon arrival, a good bottle of wine and Nespresso capsules for the two-legged guests, and treats for the four-legged guests - what more could one ask for. Beautiful weather (which we had). We are already looking forward to our next vacation at the beach oasis in September, the holiday home is definitely highly recommended.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Hello Niedermayer family,
The Beach Hut 219 is very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable. Everything clean. The reception upon arrival went well. Super support and very friendly. Our dog really liked the fenced garden. After the walk, a few laps to run. The house is conveniently located in the park, and we were quickly at the beach. We will recommend the house further. Great!

Traumhafte Ferien in Julianadorp
We just returned refreshed from the beautiful holiday home of the Niedermayer family. The Beach Hut is well-equipped with everything you need and as always decorated and furnished lovingly and with great attention to detail by Mrs. Niedermayer. A particular highlight in this summery weather was the terrace with the high-quality furniture and the awning, which we really needed. Our dog was thrilled with the treats to welcome him, the large bowls, and the fenced garden. This time, the German-speaking manager, Mr. Hekkert, could also demonstrate his skills, as the drain in the shower was blocked: We informed him in the morning and by noon, he had already fixed the blockage himself, great service! We will gladly come back again! Julianadorp itself is wonderfully calm compared to other livelier holiday resorts, there are some delicious local restaurants where you can also find many locals, and the beach is a dream for dogs, who are allowed everywhere and always have plenty of space.
