The Holiday flat

Our beautiful 5 * apartments are lovingly designed and furnished in detail. With their chosen tasteful and modern furniture design, they offer, besides a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea, all the amenities that discerning guests will appreciate in order to enjoy a relaxing holiday relaxed. 'Cascadas del Sol' has two large swimming pools with deckchairs and umbrellas over a Mediterranean garden with water cascades, water lily ponds and watercourses. The complex is complete and camera-monitored. You can find out which equipment our apartments have in detail in the equipment list.

The light-flooded, very spacious apartment (86 m² living space and 40 m² terrace) is located on the first floor and can be reached easily by the lift from the underground car park. From the large terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the Mediterranean - in clear weather you can see the coast of Africa. The apartment is characterized by an absolutely high-quality furnishing with exclusive modern furnishing.

We also put special emphasis on the equipment of our kitchen and equipped it with everything you need for cooking. So hobby cooks will feel very comfortable with us and will not miss anything. All the details are very well maintained according to our motto 'Nice living also on vacation'!

Mijas-Costa is located just outside the gates of Marbella in the heart of the Costa del Sol (Costa del Golf) 230 m above sea level and is easily accessible via the Malaga - Cadiz motorway (AP7). Malaga Airport is 25 minutes from our apartment, and Marbella city center is only 10 minutes away. About 40 golf courses are located in the immediate area (from Mijas to Sotogrande). Well-kept sandy beaches and a spacious dune landscape are only a few minutes' drive away. Marbella with its enchanting old town and the famous yacht harbor Puerto Banus is located directly in front of the door. The famous cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda as well as the Sierra Nevada can be easily reached as a day trip. The nearby 'White Villages' of Andalusia invite you to visit.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (15 und 17) in diesem Appartment. Das Appartment ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, hat 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer und eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer ... bei klarer Sicht kann man sogar Gibraltar und die Küste von Afrika sehen. Die Schlaf- und Wöhnräume sind alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt und bietet 2 große Swimingpools. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen (Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc.) sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnungseigentümer bieten von Anfang an einen herausragenden Service. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
