Holiday house for up to 6 people
Our house, newly renovated in 2017, is located on a 300 square meter garden plot within the holiday park "Strandslag" in Julianadorp directly behind the dunes, about 200 m to the beach. The massive built and clipped house offers a living space of approx. 90 sqm. It has a living-dining room with 2 leather seats, fireplace, satellite TV, as well as Dutch channels via cable (provider Ziggo), hi-fi system, DVD player as well as a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Senseo and a coffee machine. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom with modern shower adjoins a separate toilet. There is also an infrared sauna in the bathroom.
There is also a high chair and a children's travel bed. The staircase in the upper floor is still protected by a stair guard.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with TV and Playstation 4, with double bed and a bedroom with boxspring bed and another toilet.
The house has a free internet connection (40 / Mbps) and free WIFI. The central heating and the wood stove guarantee cozy use in autumn and winter - in combination with the insulating glazed windows.
At the house: terrace furniture with umbrella (from April to October) and a large, spacious garden house with a covered lounge corner.
A parking lot is in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The beach is within walking distance.

In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, the Julianadorp aan Zee Julianadorp aan Zee is located in North Holland directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. The place is dominated by fantastic sandy beaches with wide dunes, colorful flower fields and romantic villages. In Julianadorp you will find a good infrastructure: covered shopping center (also Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train connections (eg half hour to Amsterdam), fitness center, riding stable, subtropical swimming pool, swimming pools, minigolf, golf and much more Location belongs to the municipality Den Helder and benefits from the tourism development of a grown infrastructure. The hinterland with the colorful flower fields, the old windmills and the dreamy little harbors holds many surprises. The distance is about 2 km to the shopping center and the village center, to Den Helder 5 km (from there a ferry to Texel), to Alkmaar 30 km and to Amsterdam 100 km.

Very nice lovingly furnished holiday home. The equipment was top-notch. Everything you need was available. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. We will definitely come back!

All wonderful
We spent a lovely week in the great holiday home. The house is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and with a lot of love. We slept in the large double bed, which was very comfortable, absolutely top! Especially the location is really great for families with children! In front of the house, there is a large playground and a lake. We will definitely not be there for the last time!

The name is a sign.
We stayed at Beach Pearl 44 during Easter, which, from our perspective, absolutely deserves its name. The beautiful furnishings, good location, and surroundings appealed to us. Special mention must be made of the excellent care provided by Mrs. Biermann, from booking to last-minute information we needed. And then we left something at the holiday home - even that was handled uncomplicatedly and excellently. Simply excellent! We were at this beach gem for the first time, but definitely not for the last time.
