The accommodation
Ground floor: The ground floor is the large bright living room with a couch and TV (German channels ARD, ZDF, WDR). The open fireplace and a heater provide a pleasant climate in the house in every season. The open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer. The large bright bathroom with shower and bath is located in the basement. Opposite is a separate toilet with sink.
Upper floor:
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a toilet with sink.
Bedroom 1: bed
Bedroom 2: 2 beds each 80 cm
Bedroom 3: 2 beds each 80 cm
Bedroom 4: 1 bed
Due to the three dormers, even larger persons can feel comfortable here.
Garden: The garden is spacious. The two terraces provide plenty of sun, each with 2 seats. Barbecue is available for relaxing evenings.
Parking: The driveway can accommodate 2 - 3 cars. There are more free parking spaces available at the park entrance.
The Park Zeeland Village: The park is a quiet, child-friendly and spacious park with the following services:
• Spacious, quiet, child-friendly park in close proximity to Grevelingermeer and the North Sea
• Large supermarket next to the park
• Indoor swimming pool near the center building with a large pool 15 x 6 meters, meters deep. There is also a children's pool, 10 - 20 cm deep

• 4 different playgrounds with swings, slides, seesaws and climbing frames. The playground at the main building has a slide and a seesaw.

Scharendijke is a small nice place with restaurants and shopping. The park is located directly opposite the Scharendijke marina and the Grevelinger Meer. The North Sea with beautiful beaches and beach shacks is 2 km away. 5 km from Scharendijke is the resort of Renesse with many restaurants and shops.

A very beautiful modern furnished spacious accommodation with a cozy fireplace.

Super schönes modernes Haus
We had a great relaxing short break in Scharendijke. The house is modern and well-maintained. The whole family felt comfortable right away. Would love to come back :)
