Description
The spacious non-smoking holiday home Maritima (140 sqm) is centrally located in a quiet side street, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the town centre. The 440 sqm property is built on with a holiday home and a tool shed. In the garden, there is a small children's playground with a slide and a bottle box, as well as two terraces with sufficient garden furniture, a sun lounger and a garden barbecue. The large, lockable shed offers space for your own or rented bicycles. A handcart and 2 parking spaces are also available.
The living space of the house is 140 sqm and is suitable for up to 6 people. The 3rd bedroom (25 sqm) offers plenty of space for playing and is therefore especially recommended for children. A selection of toys, DVDs and books are available
A high chair and a cot are additionally provided. Small dogs may be brought along on request (€ 10 per day).
On the ground floor there is a separate, very well equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, microwave with grill. The living and dining room is 40 sqm, and has a wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and CD radio, underfloor heating, high chair. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with WC, shower and underfloor heating and another room with washing machine and infrared cabin (for 1 person with coin-operated machine, 2 € per h).
Via a staircase you reach the upper floor. Here are: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom (22 sqm) with two single beds, a sofa, table, rocking couch, CD radio, TV with DVD player with a selection of DVDs; and a large bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating. In the hallway there is a reading corner with a rocking chair and bookshelf with a selection of different books. The whole house is bright and friendly furnished in a maritime style.
In the high season, the house can only be booked by the week. In the low season, the minimum stay is 5 nights, the day of arrival is variable.
Additional costs (NK): The deposit is 300€. Towels and bed linen are not included in the rental price, but can be rented on request on site (10€ per person). The cost for cleaning is 120€. The visitor's tax is also not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over (depending on the number of persons and age). Small dogs may be brought on request (10€ per day)

Prerow is situated on two of the most beautiful beaches on the German Baltic coast, the wild West Beach - a paradise for nature lovers, in the middle of the national park, and the child-friendly North Beach with its endless sand dunes, otherwise only found on Bornholm.
The Darß primeval forest invites you to take long walks and cycle tours. Also visit the lighthouse and the maritime museum at Darßer-Ort or take a round trip on the historic paddle steamer in the Prerower Strom and across the Bodden.

| The prices quoted are for an occupancy of up to 4 persons. Surcharges for each additional person: older than 12 yrs = 20€ per day or 140€ per week, each additional child (2-12 yrs) = 10€ per day or 70€ per week. Children younger than 2 years are free of charge. The maximum number of persons is 6. Small dogs are allowed and cost 10€ per day Please refer to the rental contract for payment terms, this will only be sent by post ! The visitor's tax is to be paid on site when the keys are handed over. |
Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following proportional rents are to be paid: up to 12 weeks before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is a flat rate of 60€, up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price, thereafter 80% of the rental price. If arrival is not possible due to pandemic regulations (lodging ban), the cancellation fee is a flat rate of 60€. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.

Large house and great service.
We, as a family of 5, spent 5 days here and were very satisfied. The manager was always reachable by phone and very friendly.

great spacious holiday home
Finally, a holiday home where really 6 people have good and comfortable seating options. The idea of having 2 sofas is great.
The children's room is large and there are many games and books available. The kitchen equipment is well thought out. There is plenty of crockery, glasses, etc., and even a sandwich toaster.
We felt very comfortable and will come back again.
