It is located on the picturesque island of Krk, where you are surrounded by pristine nature and crystal-clear sea, just 100 meters from the coast.
The villa has 200 m² of carefully designed interiors, providing maximum comfort. The sprawling property is 1500 m² in size and features a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, maintained by an automatic irrigation system. On the 70 m² terrace, you can enjoy complete privacy in the 32 m² swimming pool, equipped with RGB lighting for romantic nighttime swimming. The pool is operated with an electrolysis system, which uses salt to maintain clean water, gentle on both the skin and the environment. The villa offers four spacious parking spots, protected by a fence and an electric gate, and allows for charging electric vehicles up to 11 kW.
The ground floor offers a bright and open space, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are seamlessly integrated into a harmonious whole. The living room is equipped with comfortable Italian sofas and a Natuzzi sofa, while the open fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. For technology enthusiasts, there is a large LED TV with a HI-FI sound system. The walnut dining table adds a touch of elegance to the room, while the kitchen impresses with its high-quality equipment, including fine crystal glasses and dishes, as well as high-quality kitchen appliances. The custom-made walnut furniture and the beautiful white Italian marble floor give the room sophistication. The main bedroom on the ground floor has its own dressing room, a modern bathroom, an LED TV, and direct access to the garden. There is also a utility room, a storage room, and an additional toilet, all of which are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.
An elegant staircase leads you to the first floor, where a cozy reading nook with a view of Mediterranean greenery awaits you in the hallway. There are two more spacious bedrooms, each equipped with an LED TV, air conditioning, and access to a balcony that offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the surroundings and the sea. The large upstairs bathroom is equipped with double sinks, a spacious bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet, thus providing a sense of luxury. The terrace is equipped with high-quality teak garden furniture and a romantic open fireplace, inviting you to enjoy the outdoors. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing, and grill enthusiasts will love the original Weber grill. There is also a hidden outdoor shower on the terrace for refreshing after a swim in the pool.

Beautiful villa
We were allowed to spend a week in this wonderful villa and had a very nice and above all relaxing time! The house is top equipped and the pool and the huge terrace are amazing!! We will definitely come back next year!

House Casa Vidmar
The house is perfect, very nicely equipped and clean. If you want to spend a quiet holiday, this is recommended. There were four of us and we had a lot of fun. The pool is also clean and had a pleasant temperature. You spend a relaxing holiday here. We have booked it again for next year.
