Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a 3 story condominium by the sea, near the center of Roquetas term, an area with the newest condos, hotels and services. The beach is 70 m wide in front of the condominium with a beautiful and safe lake. Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. You also have a walking distance, you have an 18 hole golf club, sailing club (in season), aside of playing paddle.
The Nearby Roquetas center (short drive or bus) is a small town addressing all you need (bricolage, sporting material, clothing, cinemas, etc).
Should you need an international airport or the services of a city, Almeria is just 20 minute drive. A very nice city with colonial buildings and streets and a beautiful old market.
While Almeria is a great place to stay, you can not go wrong with the hotel.

Trés bonnes vacances !
Appartement parfait pour des familles avec ou sans enfants. A 40m from the beach. D'un coté la tranquilitė du parc naturel Punta Sabinal de l'autre coté loisirs pour des adultes et des enfants à 5 minutes a pued.
