2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, all bedrooms with air conditioning. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 living-dining room with large dining table, couch, SAT-TV,
1 integrated kitchen with refrigerator plus separate freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and ample kitchen equipment
1 small washing machine (4kg) in the bathroom for occasional laundry
Outdoor area: Pool (8 x 4.0 meters), sunbathing area approx. 10 meters, each apartment has a charcoal grill
Outdoor shower hot/cold, sufficient garden furniture and deck chairs
Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels must be brought.
German support on site
Deposit Euro 300.00 in cash per apartment (fully refunded on departure day if no serious damages have occurred)
For pets, by arrangement, a surcharge of 30 Euro per pet will be charged.
The pool heating is charged at Euro 15.00 per day.

Location and surroundings of object
The great house with pool (8,0 x 4,0 meters) and boat lounging place (about 10 meters) is located on a wide side channel.
The plot area is about 460 sqm, the living space about 80 sqm per apartment
2 parking spaces can be parked within the property. The entrance is open with a manual sliding door.
In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, lies Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with their own boat mooring right on the property. There is never boredom in Empuriabrava !! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From the Catalan kitchen to the domestic stove, everything is there and easy to find; as well as the shopping opportunities for the daily but also special needs. The sport offer is also very rich, from parachute jumping to go-kart, from tennis to the boat rental.
If it is a bit later, one can visit one of the cozy Bodegas (span .: wine bar), or dance in the disco to partymusic.
If you are looking for romance or adventure, there is a wide range of excursions or cultural events in the rest of the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:
Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.

Very relaxed!
We have been traveling to this very beautiful and well-maintained holiday home for many years, with a great location right on the canal, perfect for boaters. It's really fun to wake up in the morning and be able to board a boat right at the house. Many coves in the Bay of Roses invite you to swim and snorkel. The beach is just a few minutes away. All amenities in the village are easily accessible, including various grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, etc. We will come back.
