Description
Comfortable, fully and high-quality equipped holiday home for max. 4 persons (approx. 120m²) on a large, fenced garden over 2000m² for the sole use of the tenant.
The holiday home offers 5 rooms, 2 separate bedrooms, a TV room, living room, kitchen and a large, light-flooded bathroom with shower and bathtub. Parking is possible directly at the house in the carport free of charge
Since our guests also include allergy sufferers, smoking and bringing animals is not permitted. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
You can relax and sunbathe on the furnished terrace, a barbecue is available. For activities, the surrounding area offers you many possibilities for recreation. From fishing, hiking, paddling in the nature reserve to visiting exhibitions and the possibilities are manifold. It is about 4 kilometres to the bathing area with non-swimmer area.
Shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacies are about 8 km away. There are also restaurants, ice-cream parlours and fast-food restaurants. In addition, the village is supplied with daily necessities by a mobile stall.

Location and surroundings of object
The Mecklenburg Lake District is characterised by the landscapes of Mecklenburg Switzerland, with the Mecklenburg Switzerland Nature Park and Lake Kummerow, and the eponymous Mecklenburg Lake District with the Müritz National Park.
Lake Kummerow, about 16 km away, is nestled in meadows and fields. Northwest of the lake are the forested mountains of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Lake Kummerow belongs to the Mecklenburg Switzerland and Kummerow Lake Nature Park north of the Müritz. It is an attraction for tourism in the region, and excursion boats sail on it. Here you can go fishing or sailing. If you like cycling, you can cycle around the lake on the designated cycle path.
Despite the quiet location, one does not have to do without entertainment. The towns of Stavenhagen (approx. 8 km - 10 min.), Neubrandenburg (30 km - 30 min.) and Waren (35 km - 40 min.) can be reached quickly by car. Shopping facilities, petrol stations, restaurants, doctors and much more are available in Stavenhagen.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There are two televisions in the house and many videos for children. Sound systems, many books that can be enjoyed in high-quality seating. Nothing is missing. The same applies to the kitchen. One feels at home in the house, as the bathroom is very well equipped with 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The terrace with beautiful chairs, a large table, and a sun umbrella, along with a wide view, invites you to breakfast outdoors. We would also like to thank you for the nice welcome basket.

Holiday in absolute tranquillity
Dear Hornung family,
we spent 10 very relaxing days in the beautiful holiday home. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it there 100%. However, a car is a must. The house with underfloor heating is tastefully and functionally furnished. Nothing is missing !!! Thank you very much for the nice welcome. The whole house was extremely clean on arrival. From the house you can make beautiful walks or explore the surroundings by bike. In the house you will find a decorative map of the area with local sights. All in all absolutely recommendable.

Holidays with peace and comfort
The house is located in a small, quiet village, especially in the evenings, and you are woken up early by the sparrows. The house is furnished to a high standard, well equipped and everything has been thought of. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely little basket with goodies, home-made apple juice and other useful things. The property is spacious and there is plenty of room for badminton, Mölki or similar. The practical carport also provides shade and a canopy for sitting in bad weather. If you want to take a refreshing dip, there is a natural, easy bathing area with a grassy shore and reed passage within walking distance at Lake Tüz. If you want more bathing fun with comfort, the bathing area in Tüzen itself is a hot tip. Otherwise, we can only recommend the bathing spots at Karsdorfer See, especially those on the Wildberger Ufer. If you are not afraid to use your bike or car, you can make many excursions from the FH. In terms of cuisine, we can recommend the Welshof Schliemann in Faulenrost, but also the nearby TaumSpieker. In any case, we had a good rest in a beautiful ambience and can only recommend this holiday home and the nice contact with the Hornung family. Yours sincerely T.&K. Bohls
