Description

The holiday home offers you enough space to relax on a living area of approx. 65 m² on 2 floors and is suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find a large, spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with a high-quality stove and flat-screen TV. This is followed by a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed, the bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen as well as access to the terrace with barbecue

On the upper floor there is a cosily furnished bedroom with 2 single beds and a view of the 500 m² garden area as well as a seating area. A storage area for bicycles or garden furniture is accessible from the outside of the holiday home. This holiday home has high-speed internet and Wi-Fi

Our holiday home is located only about 150 meters from the idyllic Useriner Lake, in the heart of the impressive Mecklenburg Lake District. The region captivates with an almost endless water landscape of lakes, rivers, and gentle forests, ideal for nature-loving guests, families, and couples. Whether relaxing days on the shore, sailing, boating, or leisurely bike tours – here you will find peace, fresh air, and a variety of leisure activities right on your doorstep. Numerous bathing spots, boat docks, and forest paths invite you to relaxing excursions, while small villages with regional delicacies and shopping opportunities provide varied experiences. The location combines relaxation with active nature experiences – perfect for a getaway in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany.

The holiday center is situated in a completely quiet location in the middle of nature above Lake Userin. The well-kept small holiday complex consists of 31 cozy wooden houses in Swedish country house style. You can reach the lake on foot in a few minutes via a forest path. Some houses have a lake view, from others you look directly into the forest. The complex may only be accessed by car for loading and unloading. Each house has its own parking space. Their children either play on the properties belonging to the houses or go to the playground with a sandbox and play equipment a few meters away. A sports field for teenagers and adults is available below the holiday center.

beautiful house on the Userin Lake in a quiet location

"The cosy little cottage fully met our expectations. Functionally equipped with everything you need. For example, there was a barbecue, a small dishwasher, a parasol on the terrace, but also board games. The surroundings are very quiet... but that is not only due to the nature but also to the neighbours of the adjacent cottages. The bathing area at Userin Lake is only a few minutes' walk away. We easily found a mooring there. It is definitely worth bringing bicycles to explore the region. However, it is also possible to rent bikes on site. Apart from a small grocery shop, there is not much going on in the village. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, the resort is just right for you. We are completely satisfied!

cozy cottage in a small, quiet holiday home complex

The Schwarz family is very friendly, we coincidentally met them upon arrival. The manager of the complex is also very nice. The house is located on the edge of a small, well-kept holiday complex in a very quiet location. The complex does not offer luxury or entertainment, just the right place to relax during vacation and set your own pace. Everything is in very good condition, you can feel that constant efforts are made for the maintenance and well-being of the guests. The house lacks nothing. The provided information material about activities in the nearby and further surroundings is very rich, and we can confirm the restaurant recommendations for the 2 visited restaurants as well. There is nothing to criticize, just a few small suggestions: The slatted frames in the double bed bedroom could use a replacement. A separation of the upper sleeping area could be advantageous. The charcoal grill requires some skill in handling and cleaning. A chimney starter would be appropriate here. The patio furniture is comfortable, but the tables could be a bit narrower. With 5 people at the table outside, it gets a bit tight. Despite mixed weather, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this vacation home without hesitation.

Very nice family vacation

In the heart of nature and far away from the stresses of the city, you can truly relax and recharge your batteries.

A modern equipped and furnished holiday home with plenty of space both in the garden and on the terrace.

A kind and friendly caretaker who could also provide helpful tips and engage in pleasant conversations. We will definitely come back to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and flee into a slightly different world.

Thank you for the amazing days, which were far too quickly over.

Very nice holiday home with all the bells and whistles.

Arrive and feel comfortable - that's how we spent a long weekend for four here. The house is cozy and very well equipped, even with an oven and dishwasher in the kitchen :-).
A bathing lake at the doorstep, a playing field for badminton or similar behind the house, a wood-burning stove for cold days - plus the absolute tranquility, perfect! This is a great place to vacation, with many cycling and water routes nearby.
We highly recommend the cottage!
