Description
The house has a unique location between the village and the dunes (nature reserve).
From the living room and the terrace you have a wonderful view of the beginning of the dune area. Sometimes horses, cows, or chickens pass by.
The terrace is large, on 2 sides of the house, so you can always find a sunny/shady and sheltered spot.
We share with our long-time guests the feeling of being able to relax very quickly here after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The reason for this is probably the location with the constant view of nature. Whether inside or outside, you relax.
The house is very well equipped and comfortably furnished.
Since we like to cook ourselves, the kitchen has everything you need: sharp knives, good pots, dishwasher, electric coffee grinder, -machine-, -pad machine and milk frother, oven and an "egg shell breaker". The bathroom is spacious with a toilet, a bathtub for tall people, and a walk-in shower.
There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The bedrooms have beds with different mattress firmness levels and allergy-protection covers (pets are not allowed).
The third bedroom is small but cozy. Here there is a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath.
Instead of the pull-out bed, a child's bed can also be set up. It is also possible to attach a light fall-out guard to the single bed.
Internet, TV, DVD and music system are available.
A final cleaning is mandatory and costs €60.
Bed linen and towels must be brought along.
The mattresses are 80 x 200 cm. There are single duvets 135 x 200 cm and several pillows with different degrees of firmness 40 x 80 cm.
The dune usage card (a kind of tourist tax) is already included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
Egmond-Binnen is a small, quiet village (4km away from the famous Egmond aan Zee).
It is situated between dunes and tulip fields.
It has everything you need for life (bakery, supermarket - also open on Sundays, snack, restaurant, very good ice cream parlor, bike rental and a beautiful abbey).
To the beach you can go or ride a bicycle through the beautiful forest and dunes ( km). The beach is never crowded. In the summer there is also a beach restaurant,
Where you can sit comfortably and eat good food in the evening or just get an ice cream or a portion of fries during the day.
Egmond is a versatile holiday destination.
Apart from the beach, the wooded area is ideal for hiking and biking.
Egmond aan Zee, the artists' village Bergen and Alkmaar (10km) offer variety.
Amsterdam (40km) is easy to reach (from Castricum or Heiloo also by train).

The house has the name "onze passie" = our passion. It was built in 1998. Since then it has become our second home. That is why you will find our books, liqueurs, children's games of our daughter. Basic equipment for sugar, flour, spices, detergent, detergent is always available. For our neighbors Gre Levering, contact person for our guests on site, and it is always a great pleasure, if guests here as well as we feel. More than half of our tenants have been regular guests for many years.
