Description
The house has a unique location between village and dunes (nature reserve).
From the living room, the kitchen and from the terrace you have a wonderful view of the beginning of the dunes. Sometimes horses, cows or chickens come by.
The terrace is large, on 2 sides of the house, so you always find a sunny / shady and windstilles spot.
With our long-standing guests, we share the feeling of being able to rest here quickly after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The reason for this is probably the location with the constant view into nature. No matter whether indoors or outdoors, you relax.
The house is very well equipped and comfortably furnished.
As we like to cook ourselves, the kitchen has everything you need: sharp knives, good pots, dishwasher, electric coffee grinder, machine-, -pad and milk frother, oven and an "egg-breaker site-causing".
The bathroom is spacious with toilet, a bathtub for long people and a bodententfen shower.
On the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet.
The bedrooms have beds with different degrees of mattress hardness and allergy protection covers (animals are not allowed).
The third bedroom is small but cozy. Here is a single bed with a lower bed.
A child's bed can be placed instead of the lower bed (travel cot available).
It is also possible to provide a slight fallout protection for the single bed.
Internet, TV, DVD and music system are available.
The neighbor is very helpful and contact person on site.
One is obligatory and costs € 40.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along.
The mattresses are 80 x 200 cm. There are single berths 135 x 200 cm and several head cushions with different degrees of hardness 40 x 80 cm.
The dune use card (a kind of tourist tax) is already included in the price

Location and surroundings of object
Egmond-Binnen is a small, quiet village (4km away from the famous Egmond aan Zee).
It is situated between dunes and tulip fields.
It has everything you need for life (bakery, supermarket - also open on Sundays, snack, restaurant, very good ice cream parlor, bike rental and a beautiful abbey).
To the beach you can go or ride a bicycle through the beautiful forest and dunes ( km). The beach is never crowded. In the summer there is also a beach restaurant,
Where you can sit comfortably and eat good food in the evening or just get an ice cream or a portion of fries during the day.
Egmond is a versatile holiday destination.
Apart from the beach, the wooded area is ideal for hiking and biking.
Egmond aan Zee, the artists' village Bergen and Alkmaar (10km) offer variety.
Amsterdam (40km) is easy to reach (from Castricum or Heiloo also by train).

The house has the name "onze passie" = our passion. It was built in 1998. Since then it has become our second home. That is why you will find our books, liqueurs, children's games of our daughter. Basic equipment for sugar, flour, spices, detergent, detergent is always available. For our neighbors Gre Levering, contact person for our guests on site, and it is always a great pleasure, if guests here as well as we feel. More than half of our tenants have been regular guests for many years.
