Description

Holiday cottage located on the edge of the dune with great views and also plenty of privacy. Luxury kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
Bedroom en suite with large double bed and shower with bath.
Lovely sunny room with conservatory, wood stove and fine bay window bench.
Garden with lots of privacy with lovely hot outdoor shower, hot shower under the stars.
Restaurant Nieuw Westert close by.
You walk straight into the dune here and then a nice walk through the dunes to the beach. Gateway 50 metres.
Beautiful sunsets.

A small paradise

In reality, it was much more beautiful than in the pictures. Furnished with incredible love, you feel like you're in your own little paradise in the middle of nature. The horses right in front of the little house, along with the breathtaking sunset, were the highlight. With bikes (from Pesie rent a bike), we reached a beach within 10 minutes (over 3 hills ;-)) which fortunately wasn't flooded with tourists... When we didn't cook for ourselves, we enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant "Nieuw Westert." It was truly a dream vacation for us. The outdoor shower was also a cool highlight (the indoor shower was also nice and spacious). The communication was easy - great. We would love to come back!

Individual holiday home with special charm

The cottage is a dream, individually designed with great attention to detail. We felt completely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The many windows almost make you forget that you are inside. The expansive view of dunes and horse pastures is heavenly relaxing... The property is well shielded from the neighbors on one side, while on the other side, the magnificent view can be enjoyed. We are in love and will definitely come back again.

Simply awesome !!!

Beautiful dune house with great amenities.
The outdoor shower in the secluded garden is really fun.
The view of the dune landscape in the evening is wonderfully relaxing.
By bike, you can reach Egmond aan Zee or the beach in 15 minutes.
Especially during the peak season, Egmond is very crowded, so we really enjoyed the tranquility of the dune house. Normally, we go out to eat every evening, but here we enjoyed dinner at home.
Unfortunately, Egmond Binnen is in the flight path to Schipol Airport, so it can be a bit louder in the mornings. It didn't bother us in the end, we slept with the door open and smiled it off... and kept sleeping.
With Rita and Kees as landlords, everything is uncomplicated and very nice!
We will definitely come back.

Beautiful dune house for a relaxed vacation

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Anita and Kees' holiday home. It has a great location on the edge of the dunes and beautiful sunsets that you can enjoy either in the garden or on the built-in bench in the bay window. The house has mostly floor-to-ceiling windows from almost all sides, so the outside and the inside connect with each other. The kitchen offers all comforts and cooking is also fun with a view of the horse paddock ;-) We especially liked the indoor shower, as it has a floor-to-ceiling window on one side that you can open wide while showering. If you like living close to nature and can do without a television and good network connection, this is the perfect place for you. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back. A beautiful Ascension Day weekend.

After a long journey, we immediately felt at home in the small holiday home, which is tastefully furnished and radiates a lot of atmosphere. The deceleration works immediately: no TV, no radio, what a relief! There is a great view from every window and the house has almost only windows on all sides!

Showering in the garden is a special experience, the water was wonderfully warm, the birds were singing and the sky was blue. The garden is well protected on one side of the house and offers a great view on the other side: meadows, dunes, flowers and horses. Another nice detail is that the lawn was only partially mowed, allowing the wildflowers to smile at you.

The path through the dunes to the beach is varied and the further way to Egmond aan Zee and back was also great. We would have liked to stay longer and thank Kees and Anita for everything working so warmly, smoothly and uncomplicatedly.

Dream beach house!

My husband and I spent our Easter holidays in this beach house.
The house is located in a wonderful place, peaceful and surrounded by nature.
The decor is extremely tasteful. Very comfortable, welcoming, the house is even more beautiful in the late afternoon. My husband's favorite part was the outdoor shower, with hot water of course, an experience not to be missed! For me, the best thing was sitting in the garden at night, accompanied by a good glass of wine, with the sound of crickets and cicadas. A dream! ! !

The hosts, Kees and Anita, were always very friendly, approachable, uncomplicated and above all made us feel welcome! Fruit, cheese, sparkling wine and beers were waiting for us! And how good it was to be received in this way!
These days in this house were exactly what we needed. When we left and I closed the door, I felt sad and wanted to cry because we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. . .

But we will return, for sure! ! !
