Description
Holiday cottage located on the edge of the dune with great views and also plenty of privacy. Luxury kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
Bedroom en suite with large double bed and shower with bath.
Lovely sunny room with conservatory, wood stove and fine bay window bench.
Garden with lots of privacy with lovely hot outdoor shower, hot shower under the stars.
Restaurant Nieuw Westert close by.
You walk straight into the dune here and then a nice walk through the dunes to the beach. Gateway 50 metres.

A small paradise
In reality, it was much more beautiful than in the pictures. Furnished with incredible love, you feel like you're in your own little paradise in the middle of nature. The horses right in front of the little house, along with the breathtaking sunset, were the highlight. With bikes (from Pesie rent a bike), we reached a beach within 10 minutes (over 3 hills ;-)) which fortunately wasn't flooded with tourists... When we didn't cook for ourselves, we enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant "Nieuw Westert." It was truly a dream vacation for us. The outdoor shower was also a cool highlight (the indoor shower was also nice and spacious). The communication was easy - great. We would love to come back!

Individual holiday home with special charm
The cottage is a dream, individually designed with great attention to detail. We felt completely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The many windows almost make you forget that you are inside. The expansive view of dunes and horse pastures is heavenly relaxing... The property is well shielded from the neighbors on one side, while on the other side, the magnificent view can be enjoyed. We are in love and will definitely come back again.

Simply awesome !!!
Beautiful dune house with great amenities.
The outdoor shower in the secluded garden is really fun.
The view of the dune landscape in the evening is wonderfully relaxing.
By bike, you can reach Egmond aan Zee or the beach in 15 minutes.
Especially during the peak season, Egmond is very crowded, so we really enjoyed the tranquility of the dune house. Normally, we go out to eat every evening, but here we enjoyed dinner at home.
Unfortunately, Egmond Binnen is in the flight path to Schipol Airport, so it can be a bit louder in the mornings. It didn't bother us in the end, we slept with the door open and smiled it off... and kept sleeping.
With Rita and Kees as landlords, everything is uncomplicated and very nice!
We will definitely come back.

Die Aussendusche im uneinsehbaren Garten macht richtig Spaß.
Abends der Blick in die Dünenlandschaft ist herrlich entschleunigend.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten in Egmond aan Zee, oder am Strand.
Gerade in der Hauptsaison ist Egmond sehr voll, da hat uns die Ruhe in dem Dünenhaus sehr gefallen. Eigentlich gehen wir sonst jeden Abend essen, hier haben wir im Haus das Abendbrot genossen.
Leider liegt Egmond Binnen in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Schipol und es ist morgens schon mal etwas lauter. Uns hat es letztlich nicht gestört, wir haben bei offener Tür geschlafen und es weggelächelt… und weitergeschlafen.
Mit Rita und Kees als Vermieter ist es unkompliziert und sehr nett!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Es hat eine tolle Lage am Dünenrand und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, die man entweder im Garten oder auf der im Erker eingebauten Sitzbank genießen kann. Überhaupt hat das Haus von fast allen Seiten meist bodentiefe Fenster, so dass sich das Außen und das Innen miteinander verbinden.
Die Küche bietet allen Komfort und mit dem Blick auf die Pferdekoppel macht auch das Kochen Spaß ;-)
Uns hat zudem vor allem die Innendusche sehr gut gefallen, da man zu einer Seite ein bodentiefes Fenster hat, welches man beim duschen weit öffnen kann.
Wenn man naturnahes Wohnen mag und auch mal auf den Fernseher und gutes Netz verzichten kann, ist man hier genau richtig.
Unserem Hund hat es übrigens auch sehr gut gefallen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Duschen im Garten ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, das Wasser war wunderbar warm, die Vögel sangen und der Himmel war blau. Der Garten ist auf der einen Seite des Hauses gut geschützt und bietet auf der anderen Seite des Hauses eine super Aussicht: Wiesen, Dünen, Blumen und Pferde. Da der Rasen nur teilweise gemäht war und so die wilden Blumen einen zulächeln konnten, ist ein weiteres schönes Detail.
Der Weg durch die Dünen zum Strand ist abwechslungsreich und auch der Weiterweg nach Egmond aan Zee und zurück war toll.
Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und bedanken uns bei Kees und Anita, dass alles so herzlich, reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt hat.
The house is located in a wonderful place, peaceful and surrounded by nature.
The decor is extremely tasteful. Very comfortable, welcoming, the house is even more beautiful in the late afternoon. My husband's favorite part was the outdoor shower, with hot water of course, an experience not to be missed!
For me, the best thing was sitting in the garden at night, accompanied by a good glass of wine, with the sound of crickets and cicadas. A dream!!!
The hosts, Kees and Anita, were always very friendly, approachable, uncomplicated and above all made us feel welcome!
Fruit, cheese, sparkling wine and beers were waiting for us! And how good it was to be received in this way!
These days in this house were exactly what we needed.
When we left and I closed the door, I felt sad and wanted to cry because we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave...
But we will return, for sure!!!
