Description
Our holiday home is freestanding and has some comfort.
You can park your car right next to the house.
It has a large terrace (south side), on which a table with 6 chairs 2 sun beds stand. Of course, there is a parasol.
In the house itself you will find large bright rooms, in the entrance area immediately the living and dining room in the 2017 a new kitchen was installed. 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs.
There is a TV with a satellite receiver, as well as the park WIFI an in-house WLAN.
A surfboard for the Stand Up Paddling, as well as 2 country-style bicycles can be shared.
Three bedrooms, two have double beds (as well as their own sink), the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a large mirror. There is also a separate toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The location of the holiday home is ideal, about 2 min. to the dike and IJsselmeer, there you will also find a beach.
Here you can go cycling, walking, fishing, kite flying or simply enjoying the view.
The cozy village of Lemmer can be reached in a few minutes, where you will find numerous shops, cozy restaurants and pubs.
Lemmer is a wonderful holiday destination for young and old.
In Lemmer and surroundings, you can go boating, sailing, swimming, walking to the beach, cycling, hiking or playing golf at one of the nearby golf courses. An exclusive marina is about 200 m away. The village of Jachthafen is a 3-minute walk away.
The adjacent sports hotel offers a swimming pool with sauna and solarium for a fee.
Visit the historic harbor in Lemmer, marvel at the old Plattbodensegler, which every evening at the pier moor and feel a touch of seafaring romanticism. Book a day trip with a skipper, or hitch a day for a tucker boat.

Summer holiday
We spent a very nice holiday in Lemmer. The holiday home is a little outside the centre of the village, but within easy walking distance. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything, so we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area invites to nice barbecue evenings. The beautiful fine sandy beach is within walking distance. Since there are two bicycles available, we enjoyed using them
The holiday home is definitely to be recommended.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus - gerne wieder!
Wir haben eine traumhaft schöne Zeit vom 11.-18. Juni in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön hell, sauber modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Die Betten waren mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet und die absolute Ruhe hat uns tief und fest schlafen lassen. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes mitgenommen, die problemlos im Anbau/Schuppen Platz gefunden haben. Bevor wir täglich auf Tour gefahren sind, haben wir auf der herrlichen Terrasse gefrühstückt. In der Umgebung warten neben Lemmer weitere hübsche friesische Orte mit historischem Stadtbild wie Sloten, Bolsward, Hindelopen, IJlst. Nach unseren Radtouren haben wir den gepflegten Garten sehr genossen und uns auf den Liegen ein wenig erholt.
Vielen lieben Dank Familie Schröder, dass wir zu Gast sein durften in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus.

Vakantiehuis van Frank en Silke Schroeder
We zijn 1 week in het prachtige vakantiehuis mogen verblijven van Fa. Schroeder in Lemmer.Er was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden en veel meer.Het was heel schoon,heel goede matrassen.De omgeving was prachtig en alles wat je nodig had in de buurt.
We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Bungalowanlage nur wenige Meter hinter dem Deich, von wo man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Strandhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten waren nicht durchgelegen, Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen, ein schöner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum draußen frühstücken sind nur ein paar Eindrücke. Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im abschließbaren Geräteraum abstellen. Der Weg zur Innenstadt, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, ist ca. 20min. Fußmarsch entfernt. Highlight ist die Innenstadt mit dem wunderschönen Hafen, wo es eine Vielzahl an Cafe, Restaurants und Boutiquen gibt. Im Übrigen noch ein besonderer Dank an Fa. Schröder, die uns das Strandhaus freundlicherweise vermietet hat. MfG Fam. Fischer

Super Haus.
Ein sehr schönes Haus.Gepflegt und alles vorhanden was man braucht.Was sehr gut ist sind die Waschbecken in zwei Schlafzimmern.Wir waren mit vier Personen dort.So kamen wir uns nicht in die Quere.Dafür extra fünf Sterne.Gegend super.Zum Fahrrad fahren wunderschön.Danke an Familie Shröder für das Nette Haus.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Hermanns.

Absolut empfehlenswert, sauber und alles vorhanden wie zuhause. Toreinfahrt mit großen Wagen eng. Dann auf großen Parkplatz vor der Schranke abstellen.

Super Haus....
Super Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr flexibel und hilfreich (Donnerstags angefragt, Samstags konnten wir anreisen) . Super Lage des Hauses und eine ebenso klasse Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. War eine tolle Woche.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kinder 4 und 15 Jahre vor Ort. Beiden hatten viel Spaß und einen tollen Urlaub
Auch wir Eltern konnten uns richtig gut entspannen und Lemmer ist ein toller Ort.
Das Haus bittet viel Platz und man hat alles was man braucht.

Für Hundebesitzer bestens geeignet, da Grundstück vollkommen eingezäunt ist. Ortsnahe Lage und kurzer Weg zum Hunde und Ijsselmeer Strand. Für Freunde von Fahrradtouren ein Genuss. 2 Gazelle Fahrräder konnten wir kostenfrei nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Recreational holiday
The bungalow was very clean and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable.
The proximity to the beach, the town and the shopping facilities were ideal.
Many beautiful excursion destinations are within easy reach.
We enjoyed using the 2 free bicycles.
The contact with the landlord was always good.

Very nice holiday home
Comfortable and modern furnished holiday home, equipped with everything you need. The house is nice and bright and very clean. The beds are equipped with very good mattresses, so we had an absolutely restful sleep here. The holiday home is on a corner plot with a large lawn and is very nicely fenced and not directly visible, so that we could also let our dog run free on the property. The terrace is also a great place to spend time; there is a seating area (you can have breakfast outside), as well as sun loungers. The location to the beach is great; out the door, a path leads over a dike directly to the sea/beach. The price for the holiday home and the location are absolutely justified in our opinion. The landlord is also available by phone for any questions or will get back to you immediately.
