Description
The holiday home is located on a slope directly on the Cala (small bay) Canyelles Petites, is 130 metres from the beach by stairs (600 m. by an easier path) and benefits from a beautiful panoramic view a very cosy and quiet location, which is particularly suitable for families with children.
The three flats have terraces of up to 40 m2 and enjoy the Spanish sun almost throughout the day thanks to their marvellous views and south-facing orientation. The constructed areas of the flats vary between 70 and 90 m2
FW 1:
2 double bedrooms, 1 living-dining room with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob , 1 bathroom (bath/WC) and an additional WC, terrace 17 sqm (8 wide x 2.1 deep). In this flat there is a barbecue and an additional dining table in a private outdoor area.
Garage and German SAT TV are also available, as well as private Internet WLAN. This apartment is located on the 1st floor. Built living area 70 square metres.
The holiday flats offer the following facilities: German satellite TV, Internet WLAN/WIFI, washing machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, barbecue area, complete kitchen equipment and a private garage for each property.
Our house is located in a very quiet residential area with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. only 2000 metres from the centre of Roses.

Location and surroundings of object
In Canyelles Petites, a quiet neighbourhood of Rosas, a bay nestles romantically between the rocks. You have a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the village and, of course, the sea and across the bay. It is particularly impressive to watch the sea and the thousands of lights radiating from the fishing boats, the village of Ampuriabrava and the town of Figueras from the terrace in the evening.

Roses, recommendations and places of interest:
The medieval citadel of La Ciutadella is one of the city's most famous sights. To visit this monument, we recommend a guided tour, which you can complete on site.
The Parc Megalític with monoliths and stone tombs from the Neolithic period is also worth a visit, as is the Castell de la Trinitat, very close to the FWs. This fortress has three artillery platforms, two below for the defence of the Bay of Roses and one above to protect against attacks from the Puig Rom mountain. Puig Rom is the name given to the area where the house is located.
Of course, you must take a circular walk in the Cap de Creus Natural Park and visit Cadaqués, where the former home of the artist Dalí is located.
The 1000-year-old monastery of San Pere des Rodes is also worth a visit.
Our beach in Canyelles on the Puig Rom hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding area, Plaça Catalunya with its Art Nouveau town hall, the Port de Roses harbour and the town's promenade are all within easy walking distance.
If you have the opportunity, you should hire a licence-free boat up to 4 metres (if you don't have a licence).
Gastronomically, the area is a paradise for fish lovers. The following restaurants will only serve what they have got fresh that day at the fish auction and are mainly frequented by local residents:

Vue superbe sur la mer

Gladly again
We arrived at the apartment late in the evening and immediately felt comfortable. We could enjoy the view of the bay and the sea from the terrace in the morning during breakfast and late into the evening. The beach and shopping facilities are quickly accessible on foot. We would love to come back next year.

Fantastic view of the sea.
We had a wonderful 9 days in Roses. The apartment is located in the most beautiful corner of the town for us, with a fantastic view of the super beautiful bay! For the first time, we were not disappointed by the photos vs. reality. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable :-) Diana, the lady who is there for you on site, is a gem and super nice. We definitely won't be the last time there! Sarah, Paul, and Mia.

Great stay!
Very good stay in this apartment with a view of the Canyelles Petites bay.
There is nothing missing in this apartment!
The beds are comfortable, the view is beautiful, the terrace gets sun for a good part of the day, and the private closed garage are real advantages.
For the appreciated details: there are small beach games for children, 2 toilets in the apartment, and umbrellas (including one for the beach).
Communication is easy with Erich and Diana. Diana is available, multilingual, and friendly.
A great way to spend a good vacation!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer recht angenehmen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wohnung hat eine kleine Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Petit Canyelles. Wer Strand liebt, ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit da, wer die Berge liebt, kann mit dem Auto die schönsten Flecke entdecken. Wohnung war gut ausgerüstet, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Einrichtung. Werden wiederkommem.
