The Villa Bruna accommodation is located just a few steps from the shore of Lake Garda.
The apartment is very spacious, well-kept, and clean and has a large balcony with a wonderful view of the lake.

The holiday apartment has three separate bedrooms. The two double rooms (one faces the lake and the other faces the quieter rear side of the house) are each furnished with a double bed, and a single room is furnished with a single bed. Additionally, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a very good new pull-out couch and large satellite TV, a furnished kitchen with oven, electric stove (4-burner ceramic hob), large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and German coffee machine (toaster and kettle can also be provided).
The apartment has two bathrooms. One is equipped with shower, bidet and toilet, and the other with shower-bathtub, bidet and toilet. Additionally, the four-room apartment offers a very large, furnished balcony with a very beautiful, unobstructed view of the lake, which is only a few meters away.

** BEACH **
In front of the house you will find several beautiful beach sections with the typical pebble beach of Lake Garda and crystal-clear turquoise water.
For those who are not attracted to the beach, our private bathing jetty is available a few meters away, or a public grassy area with large shade-giving trees. **PROMENADE - CYCLE PATH - CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND**
Along the lakeside promenade with cycle path opposite, which is separated from our house only by the Garda Lake shore road, you will find a small public children's playground about 30 m away.
Bicycles can be rented on site for a small fee.

**TOWN CENTER**
After about 150 m along the well-developed promenade, you reach the characteristic village of Cassone with its picturesque harbor. There is a tobacco and newspaper shop that also offers a mini-market, where you can get fresh rolls in the morning and everything you need for your breakfast. Furthermore, there is a post office, two bars, several good and reasonably priced restaurants that are also popular with the locals, and an ice cream parlor with homemade ice cream. Since April 2026, a very well-stocked delicatessen has also opened in Cassone. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
CASSONE

Cassone is a small enchanting place that has retained the original charm of times past. It is located on the "Riviera degli Olivi" (Olive Riviera) and is without doubt one of the most characteristic places on this stretch of coast. The village has about 300 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Malcesine. Cassone is especially appreciated by vacationers who want to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life in a local atmosphere. There is no big hustle and bustle, but you can enjoy good Italian cuisine in several restaurants in town.

HARBOR

The landmark of Cassone is the small, picturesque harbor. Framed by the old tower "La Toresela" on one side and the large, shade-giving lime trees on the other, the small colorful fishing boats lie there peacefully.
In the evening, you can experience breathtaking sunsets here, and while lingering under the lime trees, you will surely succeed in escaping the hectic everyday life.

"ARIL" shortest river in the world

Cassone has something very special to offer. Here you can admire the shortest river in the world, the "ARIL" (175m).
Another eye-catcher is the small Venetian bridge over the “Aril”. Also worth seeing is the church “S. Benigno e Caro” from the 18th century, located in the upper part of the village.
In addition to the beautiful harbor and the inviting lakeside promenade along the shore, the original part of the town on the other side of the Gardesana road is often somewhat overlooked. This lesser-known but very worth seeing part of the town is also enchanting. It is precisely here that many impressive hiking trails into the hinterland begin for hiking enthusiasts.

** WATER SPORTS **
If you don't just want to bask in the sun, there is a wide range of water sports available in the immediate vicinity. From windsurfing, sailing, diving, stand-up paddling to kitesurfing, you can try all water sports at renowned surf, diving, and sailing schools.

**TENNIS**
In less than a 15-minute walk you will find the Malcesine Tennis Club with 5 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, and table tennis tables. A well-managed tennis club in a relaxed, family atmosphere in a unique panoramic location.

**EXCURSIONS**
In the immediate vicinity or a little further away – at Lake Garda it never gets boring.
Whether visiting the other shore by boat, discovering the romantic villages along the coast by public bus, or driving your own car into the fascinating hinterland to admire the breathtaking landscape and vegetation – at Lake Garda there are endless excursion possibilities. A trip with the cable car to the nearby Monte Baldo, just a few kilometers away, is also a must. There are two options here. The masterpiece of technology, the modern cable car, takes you from the town center in Malcesine up to Monte Baldo in a short time. Your advantage here is that you are close by and can thus avoid the crowds and long queues during the day. If you want something a bit more adventurous and original, there has been an absolutely recommendable alternative for a few years now. The Costabella chairlift (standing and seated lift), which takes you from Prada (only about half an hour away by car) to the somewhat more southern Monte Baldo. The views from both points should not be missing from your Lake Garda memories.

If you want more hustle and bustle and action, you will find a wide selection of amusement parks on the southern shore. Even more culture and sights can be found in the nearby cultural cities such as Venice, Milan, Verona, Trento, Brescia, or Mantua, to name just a few. The selection is also very large there.

Leider habt ihr auch eine der wärmsten zwei Wochen in diesem Sommer erwischt.
Auch wir haben den Einbau einer Klimaanlage bereits abgewägt, aber unsere jetztigen Gäste bevorzugen die derzeitige Preislage unserer Appartements, die durch erweiterte Umbaumassnahmen nicht mehr gewährleistet wäre.
Alternativ haben wir immer noch unsere "neuere" Villa Alessia, wo unter anderem eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall freuen, wenn wir euch mal wieder in einem unserer beiden Häuser wiedersehen würden.

Great accommodation in Villa Bruna

For the second time, we (2 friendly couples) stayed in the spacious apartment in Villa Bruna. The host Andrea greeted us warmly again and fulfills every wish if something is needed. The apartment is clean and very comfortably equipped. The direct view of Lake Garda from the balcony is great. The town of Cassone is manageable and the promenade in both directions invites you to stroll and stop for a meal. We will definitely book another holiday with Andrea. Until then, we wish Andrea and her family all the best!

It was beautiful.

We went there for the first time without great expectations. What can I say, it was beautiful. Andrea greeted us very warmly. She was always on-site when we needed her, even if it was just a question, she was always friendly. It was a successful vacation. The accommodation was very clean with complete equipment. We had a large balcony with a perfect view of the beautiful Lake Garda. It was fantastic. You just have to cross the street and you're in the lake. My children loved being able to have fun in it. Thank you very much for everything, and I hope to see you again soon.

Great vacation with the family.

We highly recommend this accommodation. We felt very comfortable right away and were warmly greeted by Andrea. The apartment, which we occupied as a group of five, was very clean, had great amenities, and offered a fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the location directly on Lake Garda with many possibilities for water sports. There are also great restaurants in Cassone and many excursion options, about which we were well informed by the host.

Dreamlike holiday

Hello Andrea Sackmann,
The long journey from Berlin was forgotten when we stood in our large flat. The fantastic view from the balcony, the warm welcome by the mother-in-law - just great.
All the information for the restaurant or the tourist bus and everything we wanted to know was always kindly described and explained to us.
My children and I are totally thrilled with Villa Bruno and we will definitely come back again.

Have a great holiday on Lake Garda at Villa Bruna

At the beginning of September 2021 we, my wife and I, spent some wonderful surprisingly beautiful holidays at Villa Bruna. Andrea Sackmann's friendly welcome left a very positive impression on us. Always in a good mood and friendly. Her helpfulness was unique. She carried out her task very professionally. The whole house and our flat were very well maintained. We didn't want for anything. The view from our balcony directly onto Lake Garda was overwhelming. The holiday was a complete success for us. Unfortunately too short. We can recommend Villa Bruna with a clear conscience. We will definitely be back!

PS: Es ist schade, dass Sie Ihre Punktebewertung nicht weiter erläutert haben.
Es ist vielleicht für eventuelle "zukünftige" Gäste etwas irreführend, da diese in den positiven Worten nicht wiederzuerkennen ist. Zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Preis bei einer Belegung von 2 Personen oder 7 Personen identisch ist. Allerdings stehen ansonsten für 2 Personen ja auch noch unsere günstigeren Zweizimmerappartements mit dem gleichen schönen Ausblick zur Verfügung.

Villa Bruna - We'll be back!

We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The view from the balcony was a dream. The surroundings of the house were very beautiful and well-maintained. The apartment is lovingly furnished, we lacked nothing. Parking on the property in the garage was very good, great view from the balcony. The landlady, Mrs. Sackmann, was very accommodating and nice, a great contact person. The whole complex is very well maintained. We will definitely come back. We rented the large apartment for 7 people.

Beautiful vacation right by the water

In July, we moved into the large apartment with 5 people and had plenty of space. The two bathrooms are also great. The view of the water is beautiful. The kind landlady Andrea deserves special praise and recognition. She is always very friendly, diligent, and is immediately available when you have questions or problems. Thank you very much!

Very nice flat with beautiful view

We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. There are restaurants and a small shop in the immediate vicinity. A walk to Malcesine is very nice.
Mrs Sackmann is a very nice landlady who takes a lot of time for her guests. We had a very nice time in Cassone.

Fantastic view of the lake with great sunsets

Great holiday home with everything you need and everything is very clean. The rooms are nice and big and you have a great view of the lake from the large balcony.
You can swim right down to the lake with a private jetty
There is a nice barbecue area. The car is easily parked in the underground garage.
Cassone is a cosy little place, more pleasant to us than the very busy Malcesine. But if you want, you can get there quickly, it's only a few minutes by car or tourist bus. Or you can take a nice walk along the lake.
We especially like the nice atmosphere of the house. Andrea is available to answer all your questions
We, who never wanted to go to the same accommodation twice, have already been here for the fourth time. I think that says it all.

Grand accommodation with unbeatable views!

A brilliant domicile close to the beach under family management.
You are warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home.
We were there as a family with our 3 children and enjoyed it very much.
Andrea is always on hand with help and advice and is helpful wherever she can.
The flat is very spacious and equipped with everything you need.
It was a very nice holiday for us and we will be happy to be guests here again.

Great holiday on Lake Garda

The flat is spacious and has a great location directly on Lake Garda. Large balcony with lake view. Own bathing beach. The use of the underground garage means that the car is always cool. There are great restaurants in Cassone and it is very romantic there. Malcesene is within walking distance. There are also good bus connections in all directions.

Wenn Sie, wie angekündigt, nochmals bei uns in der Villa Bruna Ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten, würde ich Ihnen dann aber mit nur zwei Personen die Zweizimmerwohnung empfehlen, da diese dann natürlich günstiger ist und auch ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen bietet. Da wir Ihnen die Vierzimmerwohnung in diesem Fall aufgrund der kurzfristigen Stornierung zu diesem Sonderlastminutepreis zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Der reguläre Preis liegt höher, aber die Wohnung bietet ja auch Platz für bis zu 7 Personen.
Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Frau alles Gute und freuen uns auf das Wiedersehen!
