Villa Tropical is located in a beautifully landscaped, quiet and well-kept neighbourhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room with its 50 inch flat screen TV offers a cosy ambience and a pleasant end to the day
Enjoy a day in the sun in your comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the pool or jacuzzi in between.
An additional outdoor couch with matching armchair is also available for a comfortable rest.
Your entertainment in the outdoor area is taken care of with a TV set including cable connection, as well as speakers that can be optionally switched on and controlled by the stereo system.
Towels, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided free of charge for your day at the beach.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guest and will take every opportunity to convey this to you.
The pool with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m is larger than average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool in summer on hot days as well as in winter on warm days, optionally heatable. Also available for relaxation is a large integrated whirlpool
Pool loungers are available for you to use free of charge.
The bathrooms have been tastefully renovated with granite and the walk-in showers with tiles and mosaics. All bedrooms have also been renovated with wood ambience vinyl flooring
A safe is available to store your valuables (travel documents, cash, etc.)
A Roku box is now available for the additional US Basic TV programme. With this you can stream various channels free of charge via the internet, including ARD, etc

Cancellation terms:
If the renter cannot keep the appointment, they must notify this as soon as possible in writing via email or letter. No verbal communications will be considered as proper notification. The following fees will apply upon cancellation: From the day of booking until 60 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price From 59 to 31 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price From 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Well equipped house in quiet residential area
We rented the house over the 1st week of the Easter holidays and were very satisfied. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are nice and big and the beds are comfortable. The pool is quite large and there is also a separate whirlpool. The landlord is very pleasant and always available. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience!

second home
This is the second time we have stayed in this super house for a family holiday. It is like a second home. The house is lovingly furnished to a high standard and lacks nothing. Many beach utensils are also available. The new master bedroom is a dream. The contact with the German administration is excellent. Pre- and post-clearance run smoothly and in case of minor problems with the furnishings, help is given by phone or they come by at short notice. We feel very comfortable every time and we will be happy to come again next year.
We can absolutely recommend this house and the entire management Frisco Homes!

Beautiful holiday villa in a well-kept environment.
We spent a week in this great house in February 2018. The equipment is very extensive, including many beach items - even high-quality beach chairs are available on-site. It takes 5-10 minutes by car to get to the Publix supermarket and around 20 minutes to the beach, depending on traffic. We also appreciated the professional and straightforward support from Mr. Ketzler and Mr. Bund once again. For example, we had a defect in the pool heating system. Here, the managers immediately arranged for the problem to be fixed. We enjoyed staying at Villa Tropical and definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Large house to feel comfortable and relax
We spent our annual vacation with the whole family in this house. We were excellently looked after by the property management.
I have to say about the house that it is really lovingly furnished and everything was thought of in the decoration. I am not used to so much equipment in vacation apartments.
We felt very comfortable: clean, spacious, 3 bathrooms, pool, whirlpool, well-kept outdoor area...and much more. See for yourselves!
