Description
Villa Lazy River will delight you as soon as you arrive. Park on your long driveway or in your double garage. Step inside and let yourself be enchanted by the ambience of this brightly furnished villa with a large pool. Enjoy your holiday with us, you deserve it.
Your living room is fully equipped with a 50 inch Slim LED TV for cosy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch. You have a US DVD player as well as US Basic TV to choose your desired programme. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable TV channels to choose from.
You will find plenty of beach towels, bath towels and other inventory. You will want for nothing.
Kitchen / bathroom:
You will want for nothing in your spacious, open, bright white kitchen with a pass-through counter to the veranda. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cosy dining table on the terrace by candlelight.
Bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a modern tiled walk-in shower and you can refresh yourself wonderfully here
Your guest bathrooms both have walk-in showers and are located directly off the bedrooms for your privacy. This room layout is ideal if you are travelling with a couple of friends and you each want to have your own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress. It also has its own LED flat screen TV with cable connection and impresses with its extremely generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and canal. You have your own access to the pool and terrace area from this room.
The guest room has a queen size bed, an LED TV and a ceiling fan to circulate cool air on warmer days. The view is also aligned over the pool deck and the canal.
Guest bedroom No. 3 has a queen size bed overlooking the green front garden.
All windows in this villa are newly installed with white frames
Outdoor Terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck) , both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The dining area includes a table with integrated tiles; 6 seats are available here with a view of the canal.
At your dining table under the lanai you have seating for 4 people.
This is a great place to spend a leisurely day by the pool reading a book, listening to the fountains splash in the sun, or simply enjoying a cozy evening with friends. Enjoy the peace and relaxation.
The pool with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m is larger than average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally heated. Also available for relaxation is a large integrated whirlpool. Both overlook the beautifully tranquil and idyllic canal.
Pool loungers are available for your use free of charge.
Other amenities in the villa include keyless entry (no key required, you will receive a four digit code from us which will be your house key).
In the entertainment area we offer you the benefits of Google Box. What is it ?
The Google Box combines the multimedia world in one device and offers you World Wide Web television in the form of a remote control at the touch of a button.
You simply surf to your desired website, search for your programme in the media library and play it back on your TV. It's easy and you don't have to do without anything.
Coffee enjoyment:
In addition to your regular filter coffee machine, a Tassimo Easy T-Disc is also available.
Tassimo offers complete coffee enjoyment at the touch of a button in many different variations, espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino or others. The T-Disc's are available in stores everywhere like (Walmart, Bed,Bath & Beyond, Target or many others)

Cancellation terms:
If the renter cannot keep the appointment, they must notify this as soon as possible in writing via email or letter. No verbal communications will be considered as proper notification. Ein Traumurlaub
Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Traum! Ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg mit dem Auto zum Strand, zum Einkaufen, zu diversen Restaurants!
Die Ausstattung perfekt, es fehlt an nichts!
Die Vermieter sind super nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Das Haus hat 3 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad.
2 Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang auf die Terrasse und damit auch Pool Blick !!
Pool Liegen sind sehr bequem und die Sitzmöglichkeiten vielseitig.
Entweder im Lanai oder dicht am Kanal!
Wenn man aufmerksam ist, kann man im Kanal Delfine, Alligatoren und Manatees sehen!!! Auch ein Leguan saß auf dem zum Haus gehörenden Bootssteg.
Mit den vorhandenen Kanus kann man zur Paddeltour aufbrechen und zur richtigen Zeit im Imperial River den Sonnenuntergang beobachten!
Einfach nur schön !!!
Ich war jetzt schon mehrfach hier und werde immer sehr gerne wiederkommen !!

A very beautiful and cosy house!!!
In this holiday home you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is well and abundantly equipped.
A cosy couch corner.
And a super pool area with loungers and seating.
A great view of the adjacent channel in which dolphins, manatees, turtles and iguanas are often seen.
With the canoes belonging to the house, you can wonderfully explore the Imperial River, in which you can also see aligators from time to time.
It is also great that several bicycles are available to make small and large bike tours.
Shopping, the beach and restaurants are within easy reach by bike and car
All in all, a great holiday home that I can highly recommend.

A dream holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday in Bonita Springs and had a wonderful holiday home
We were there with 4 other family members, for which the house is optimally equipped! Everyone had a large bedroom with their own bathroom and no one got in each other's way! The kitchen with sitting area, as well as the living room and also the terrace with dining table and loungers offered enough space for everyone to cook, eat, watch TV or relax in the sun. There was also enough space for everyone in the pool and jacuzzi. The equipment left nothing to be desired, because even all utensils for the beach, pool, bike or canoe trip were available! At the jetty you can observe great animals like iguanas, different birds, turtles etc.. In the surrounding area, everything from restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and shopping facilities were within easy reach. Various excursion destinations such as various beaches, Everglades, shopping malls, national parks, Miami, Tampa, Sanibel Island etc. are super connected. Everything was nice and clean, the landlord + service was very nice and well organised
We were all just thrilled and would love to come back!

Fantastic house in super location
It doesn't really need many words - we had an unforgettable holiday in a super house.
We immediately felt at home, also thanks to the super nice house management - who always have ideas, suggestions and an open ear.
The salt water pool has an unbelievable water quality and is not salty as many believe.
We also saw a dolphin in the canal behind the house in the evening - that's Florida
We had a wonderful time and can recommend this house to everyone.
