Description
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with double beds and lake view. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The couch, as well as the dining area, overlooks the lake with the rising sun until it sets.
The main bathroom has a double washbasin, toilet and spacious shower. The sauna is also in the bathroom. There you can sweat for two and afterwards you can cool down in the lake. The highlight of the house is a large terrace to relax and dream. But the special thing is the private beach right next to the house.

In the cottage area, the Barina café bar awaits you at the weekend with ice cream and cold drinks. Or two cosy Dutch bikes invite you to cycle to the restaurant on the opposite side of the lake (approx. 15 min). At Wake & Beach you can rent just about anything that has to do with water sports. Wakeboarding across the lake or riding the banana behind the boat is all great fun. There is a canoe at the house for free use...paddling into the sunset is of course an absolute dream.

Beautiful short holiday
We were as a family (4 adults, 2 children) on a short holiday in the holiday house. The daily view of the lake is dreamy. We quickly got to Leipzig, but a relaxed walk around the lake was nice too! The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. Highly recommended!

My favorite holiday home
The house offers everything you could wish for a lake vacation: wonderful surroundings, tranquility, clear beautiful lake water, bicycles, BBQ, a large terrace with space for 6 adults. The owners have made a great effort to make everything as comfortable and convenient as possible. Even in bad weather, you can spend a few days there comfortably; you can run directly from the sauna into the lake. The premises provide everything you need, and everything worked perfectly and was clean. I can only recommend this house; I have been there for the second time now and hope for a repeat next year!

Great accommodation with minor deductions.
We were only there for a short trip at Holiday House No. 4, but we felt comfortable there. The house is spacious, not too cluttered and tidy. The many extras that are provided for free are a dream, although we couldn't use everything due to the short time we had.
However, unfortunately all kitchen utensils were dirty with crumbs and hairs on the dishes and dead insects everywhere. It didn't bother us and we washed everything and removed insects, but that shouldn't be the case at this price. The specified private beach only seems to be an unsecured direct access from the house to the lake, which we understood differently. The house is heated with a modern heat pump, but the water is partly heated through a flow heater and with low pressure in the shower. A water softener is also installed, but I couldn't determine the raw and soft water hardness. Overall, a great accommodation, also recommended with children but with a little supervision.

Die Besitzer haben sich viel Mühe gegeben alles so komfortable und bequem wie möglich zu gestalten.
Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es gut ein paar Tage dort aushalten, von der Sauna kann man direkt in den See laufen. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten alles was man braucht und alles funktionierte perfekt und war sauber. Dieses Haus kann ich nur empfehlen, war jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort und hoffe auf eine Wiederholung nächstes Jahr!
Aber: Leider waren sämtliche Küchenutensilien verdreckt, Krümel und Haare auf dem Geschirr und überall tote Insekten. Hat uns nicht gestört, haben alles abgewaschen und Insekten entfernt, aber das sollte bei dem Preis nicht der Fall sein. Ebenso die Kaffeemaschine, hier ist der Wassertank sehr verkalkt. Der angegebene Privatstrand deutet wohl nur auf einen ungesicherten Direktzugang vom Haus zum See hin, das hatten wir anders verstanden. Geheizt wird im Haus mit moderner Wärmepumpe, das Wasser jedoch teils über Durchlauferhiter und mit wenig Druck oben in der Dusche. Eine Enthärtungsanlage ist ebenfalls verbaut, die Roh- und Weichwasserhärte konnte ich jedoch nicht feststellen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, auch mit Kindern mit ein wenig Aufsicht zu empfehlen.
Zwei Punkte die mich etwas gestört hatten, waren zum einen der Bewegungsmeldern im Treppenhaus und zum anderen, dass alle Zimmertüren mit Fenster waren. So war es etwas störend für die schlafenden, wenn jemand kurz auf Toilette musste.
Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Es fehlt an nichts! Dadurch dass die Vermieter selbst Kinder haben mangelt es an nichts für die kleinen und großen Gäste. :-)
Die Anmietung und Abwicklung waren total unkompliziert. Super netter Kontakt und wir hatten einige "Sonderwünsche" (z.B. Laufgitter im Wohnzimmer) und es war alles vorbereitet. Die Lage ist ruhig (leider nur am Wochenende :-(), weil an dieser Bucht vom Hainer See ja nun doch noch einige mehr schöne Häuser entstehen. Was gut ist weil das wirklich ein schönes Fleckchen Erde ist.
Aber das muss man natürlich in Kauf nehmen wenn am über der Woche dort Urlaub macht. Es ist noch einiges zu machen an der Straße aber deshalb ist das auch ein "unschlagbarer Preis".
Dort dürfte man nicht meckern.
Nah gelegen gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, LIDL, Edeka und Co.), so das man alles direkt vor Ort besorgen kann.
Konnten sogar draußen die Terrasse nutzen in der Sonne und die Stille und den traumhaften Blick aufs Wasser genießen. So wie auch morgens beim Frühstück!
Dann können wir auch ein ganz dicken Stern für den privat Strand unten am Haus, die hochwertigen Räder im Schuppen, das Kanu (was zur freien Verfügung steht, so wie auch die Räder) und dem Radweg direkt vor der Haustür geben!!!
Das Wetter hat Anfang November super mitgespielt, so dass wir Rad fahren und lange Spaziergänge unternehmen konnten. Im Schuppen findet man alles an was man für zwei klein Familien benötigt. Ob Kindersitz oder Anhänger! Ganz ganz toll! Aufsteigen und Los!
In ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man das Restaurant „Gut Kahnsdorf“ & Schillercafé (direkt gegenüber vom Haus auf der anderen Seite vom See). Dort bekommt man einen tollen Käsekuchen und für die kleinen eine Kugel Eis ;-) aber auch warme Speisen. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen!
Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, insbesondere der Kranichzug zu dieser Zeit hat uns beeindruckt!
Wir kommen wieder!!!!
