Beautiful penthouse apartment – not only equipped with a large balcony (20 sqm), but also with its own rooftop terrace (50 sqm). The apartment is also spacious and equipped for 4 people.
Wonderful beaches are located in the immediate vicinity. One bay is more beautiful than the next :)
Elevator to the 2nd floor and underground parking available. The apartment is a new-build and modernly furnished.
Washing machine, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment . . .
On the rooftop terrace there are now 2 deck chairs and a lounge area and a shower for cooling off on hot days, on the balcony a table with 4 chairs.

Mar de Pulpi is a new Andalusian village, a holiday resort with pool, whirlpools, tennis courts, bicycle rental, a small supermarket and 2 restaurants.
One is fast in San Juan de los Terreros, where there are many nice restaurants (about 1 km)
Or in Aguilas, a beautiful Spanish small town (10 km). There is also a cheap supermarket: Mercadna and Aldi. The region is still not so touristy, which one still very much at the prices notices.
If you want relaxation and want to relax, this is the right place.
You can go to Garuccha, Mocajar, Cartagena, Murcia ...

Holiday 2023
Booking and arrival went smoothly. We were able to arrive 1 day earlier, which was no problem. The on-site handover went without any issues. Everything was prepared and had great facilities. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Fantastic vacation
The vacation rental was really great. Everything you need was there, everything was thought of. The huge roof terrace was definitely the highlight, although the large balcony would have been enough. The entire complex is a dream. On foot, you can reach a few restaurants and bars where you can look out to the sea. We really enjoyed this holiday, and if we decide to go to Spain again, we will definitely come back here. The good and fast contact with the landlady is praiseworthy. Thanks again for the great vacation.

Beautiful winter vacation.
We spent 3 months in this great apartment during winter! It is spacious and modern. Two large bedrooms offer plenty of space to comfortably live there, even with 4 people. The bathroom is cleverly designed with separate entrances and intermediate doors to the toilet, sink, and shower, so you can easily coordinate with multiple people! The large balcony and the rooftop terrace above the apartment provide plenty of space to find a sheltered spot to sunbathe even when the wind blows in winter, or shade if the sun gets too intense! The rooms are heated by an automatic air conditioning system, which we only needed in the morning for breakfast, the sun takes care of the rest! The underground parking and elevator to the second floor were important for us and our dog! The beautiful beach promenade and the small town center with a Coviran store and some restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Aguilas and Lorca are the nearest cities for larger shopping trips and strolls. We felt very comfortable and it was interesting to get to know this part of Andalusia!

We had a great week in the beautiful flat .
We drove south along the coast
Great route to Cabo de Gata, with serpentines and fantastic views.
In Cabo de Gata at the lighthouse a dream beach.
A trip to Granada and a visit to the Alhambra is highly recommended.
